New Majestic Document Corroborates Historic UFO Best Seller

The newly released Majestic-12 briefing document (“Assessment of the Situation”) contains much information about the beginning of diplomatic relations between the US government and human looking extraterrestrial visitors that began after the famed 1948 Aztec flying saucer incident. Part one of this series discussed the document’s content explaining how a surviving adult alien from the Aztec landing began the diplomatic process, and left behind three extraterrestrial infants brought to our world to stay as a goodwill gesture.

The information revealed in the leaked briefing document can be compared to what is publicly known about the Aztec landing. If a high degree of consistency is found in the comparison, it will help build confidence that the briefing document is based on factual information, which was part of a 1989 classified briefing prepared by the Defense Intelligence Agency for the Office of the President.

The first to write about the Aztec case was the author Frank Scully, a highly respected journalist, who wrote a book in 1950 based on what he had been told by two sources, an alleged scientist Dr. Gee (a pseudonym used by a local radio and television parts owner later revealed to be Leo A. GeBauer) and Newton Silas (a well-known oil prospector). Scully’s book, Behind the Flying Saucers, quickly became a national best seller with his account of the “first landing” of a flying saucer in 1948.



[Dr Gee] was the man who told us the whole story of the first flying saucer that had landed in the United States… Two telescopes caught this unidentified ship as it came into our atmosphere. They watched its position and estimated where it would land. Within a few hours after it landed, Air Force officers reached the flying field at Durango, Colorado, and took off in their search for the object. When they found it, it was in a very rocky, high plateau territory, east of Aztec, New Mexico. … (Behind the Flying Saucers, pp. 138-39)

Note that Scully was talking about a “controlled landing”, not a flying saucer crash as reported for the Roswell incident which had received world-wide media coverage after the initial U.S. Army Air Force Press Release on July 8, 1947.



The Majestic-12 briefing document similarly refers to a “controlled landing” in the vicinity of Aztec that occurred on March 25, 1948:

The controlled landing occurred in a small desert canyon on the private grazing land of a local farmer and rancher… about 12.2 miles northeast of Aztec New Mexico. The ship was determined to be 99.983 feet in diameter. (“Assessment of the Situation“, p. C-1-of-10)

Regarding the diameter of the flying saucer, Scully gave the following information:

The overall dimensions of the ship were found to be a faction short of 100 feet in diameter. To be exact it measured 99.99/100 feet wide. [Behind the Flying Saucers, p. 138-39]

Remarkably, Scully’s precise measurement of the diameter of the flying saucer craft that had landed matches the 1989 briefing document’s report on the size and nature of the landing.

Scully revealed important details about the scientific team sent to investigate the flying saucer:

Dr. Gee and seven of his group of magnetic scientists were called in to examine this strange ship. When they arrived on the ground they decided that the best thing to do was not to touch it or try to get into it. They studied the ship from a distance for a matter of two days, bombing it with Geiger counters, cosmic rays, and other protective devices. [Behind the Flying Saucers,, p. 138-39]

Scully was told that eight scientists were involved in the preliminary analysis of the landed craft. According to the new Majestic-12 document, the recovery team involved four scientific members of the newly created MJ-12 directorate, and an additional six scientists meeting at the Hart’s Canyon landing site near the town of Aztec:

In order to fully follow the course of the Aztec, N.M. recovery and investigation it is important at this point to detail the names and the backgrounds of the members of the IPU/MAJICOPS team before returning to a chronology of the events at Harts Canyon. Only four of these persons were on the MAJICOPs director. These were Dr. Lloyd Berkner, Dr. Detlev Bronk, Dr. Vannevar Bush and Dr. Jerome Hunsaker…. The following were selected by the MJ-12 directorate to accompany the IPU/MAJICOPS recovery team to the Hart Canyon landing sites:

Dr. Carl A. Helland, Director and senior scientist of the Geophysics and Magnetic Sciences Laboratory of the Colorado School of Mines…

Dr. John von Neumann … His work on the Aztec disc eventually led to the binary computer language used today in all modern electronic computers….

Dr. Robert J. Oppenheimer … Acting for his friend, Dr. Bush, who had not yet arrived at Aztec, he selected most of the recovery team members and arranged with the U.S. Navy for storage in their facilities at Los Alamos until permanent sites could be prepared.

Dr. Johann von Roesler, an expert nitrogen chemist … Originally included as a consultant on the possible need to gain forced entry to the disc-craft by use of high explosives, he eventually worked with Dr. Detlev Bronk on investigating the liquid nitrogen cooled cryogenic suspension system used about the disc-craft by it’s [sic] crew members.

Dr. Merle A. Tuve … Top pioneer in radio-save propagation in the upper atmosphere. Later was part of the Bell Laboratories team which developed the principles of laser light physics derived from study of systems found aboard the Aztec disc-craft.

Dr. Horace van Valkenberg, was Director of the School of Metallurgy of the University of Colorado. (“Assessment of the Situation“, pp. C-3&4-of-10)

According to the Majestic-12 document, there were ten scientists in total involved in the Aztec recovery. However, Dr. Bush arrived later than the others at the scene. Scully was told that there were eight scientists at the site, which is very close to the actual number initially present (nine). If another scientific member of the MJ-12 Directorate had accompanied Bush and also arrived late, this would correspond precisely with the eight working scientists at the outset of the investigation of the landed flying saucer, according to what Scully had been told.

Scully went on to describe how the recovery team was able to gain entry into the craft:

Apparently there was no door to what unquestionably was the cabin. The outside surface showed no marking of any sort except for a broken porthole, which appeared on first examination to be of glass… Finally, we took a large pole and rammed a hole through this defect in the ship. [Behind the Flying Saucers, p. 139]

This description of how the recovery team gained access closely matches what the MJ-12 document says occurred:

It was discovered that the original opening was forced at the lower corner of a sort of large rectangular window or porthole which had been cracked. These portholes were not visible from the outside, but were extended all the way around the compartment in huge curved rectangles and separated by only a thin structural brace between them. The exception was the cracked one by which the team gained entry. [“Assessment of the Situation“, p. C-6-of 10]

The MJ-12 document also refers to the use of “a long thin rod used to probe at what looked like levers or buttons inside” which corresponds to Scully description of a “large pole” used through the porthole.

Next we come to the number of occupants in the Aztec flying saucer incident. Scully was told by Dr. Gee:

[W]e looked into the interior. There we were able to count sixteen bodies, that ranged in height from about 36 to 42 inches…. We examined the bodies very closely and very carefully. They were normal from every standpoint and had no appearance of being what we call this planet ‘midgets. They were perfectly normal in their development. The only trouble was that their skin seemed to be charred a very dark chocolate color. [Behind the Flying Saucers, p. 139]

We can now compare Scully’s account of the 16 dead occupants with what the MJ-12 documents says:

Inside the upper cabin .. the team found the bodies of two (2) small humanoids about four feet in height strapped into seats like those in a jet cockpit… The extraterrestrials were dead. [“Assessment of the Situation“, p. C-6-of 10]

The briefing document reported that the extraterrestrials had died because of an atmospheric leak caused by an impact with a nearby cliff face. The report then described the discovery of 14 cryogenic tubes in the lower level, 12 of which contained human-looking bodies – four of which were later successfully resuscitated:

A closer look at the sealed tubes which looked like the doors of clothes dryers at a laundromat revealed that they were a complex form of refrigeration system. Two were empty and twelve contained the bodies of what looked like human adults and small children as well as infants, all frozen as if preserved for specimens…. Eventually the medical team was able to resuscitate one adult Earth-like humanoid male and three (3) Earth-like humanoid infants, all about six (6) months of age: two male and one female. The rest of the infants and one more short, gray-skinned, large-headed OBE, perished.

Scully had reported 16 bodies were found at Aztec. The briefing document had reported 2 small extraterrestrial bodies (found in the upper cabin) plus 14 cryogenic tubes (found in the lower cabin) – 12 of which were occupied by human looking aliens frozen in suspension.



What Scully had not been told, however, was that four of the extraterrestrials were still alive in their cryogenic chambers. Apparently his source, Dr. Gee, did not know that these four were later successfully revived. The briefing document explains how those personnel at the site, without a need-to-know, were given a cover story that all the extraterrestrials had died:

The story was quickly circulated that, yes, bodies had been found – all deceased, and that these would be removed for later analysis. The bodies of the two small “pilots” were show to some other members of the recovery team who had heard about them, And then sealed in dry ice chambers, as was the corpse of the EBE who had expired in the cargo hold after thawing. A big display of this was carried out in full view of the other team members and other dry ice transportation capsules were secretly loaded with dirt and stone before the entire group was loaded into a refrigerator truck labeled “high explosives” for transport. (“Assessment of the Situation“, p. C-3-of-10)

What this suggests is the recovery team saw 2 short EBEs, and 16 dry ice capsules prepared for the 14 cryogenic tubes (12 of which were occupied). Then they saw the two short EBE bodies from the upper cabin being loaded into two of the dry ice capsules, rather than empty cryogenic tubes. The natural assumption was that 16 short human looking extraterrestrial bodies had been recovered, exactly what Scully was told.

Clearly, what the above suggests is that even in a highly classified retrieval operation such as what had occurred at Aztec, compartmentalization was very much in place. Information about live extraterrestrials being recovered was to be kept secret from many personnel in the classified retrieval operation. All were told that the extraterrestrials in the 16 dry ice capsules were dead. An official disinformation campaign was already underway for the Aztec landing, and this did not stop with retrieval personnel.

Scully’s two sources, Newton and Dr. Gee (GeBauer) appear to have been caught up in the disinformation campaign surrounding the Aztec landing. According to Scully, Dr. Gee was a magnetic specialist on the Aztec recovery team:

In the summer of 1949 he [Silas Newton] met Dr. Gee, a magnetic engineer who had been released in July after seven years of government servitude on all sorts of top drawer projects. He had become a master of magnetic energy…[Behind the Flying Saucers,, p. 72]

Both Newton and GeBauer had been attracting investors for various oil drilling schemes based on technologies they claim to have developed from their knowledge of the Aztec landing, Eventually both were arrested by the FBI in October 1952 and convicted for fraud after a complaint from one of the oil investors, Herman Flader.



The backgrounds of both Newton and GeBauer were detailed in a highly critical 1956 article in True Magazine by J.P. Cahn titled, “Flying Saucer Swindlers”.

Scully’s account of the Aztec flying saucer landing was now thoroughly discredited, and he was widely ridiculed for being duped by two confidence men with criminal convictions related to the alleged landing. The Aztec case was now accepted as a hoax, even though Scully continued to believe it was genuine up to his death.

The new Majestic briefing document contains a paragraph on what had happened with Newton, GeBauer and Scully, which provides valuable insights into actual events, and how all three were caught up in the official disinformation campaign:

Visiting with the rancher at that time and planning to hunt for game animals on his land, were the owner of a local radio repair shop [Dr. Gee/GeBauer] plus a unemployed oil hunter and inventor [Silas Newton]. These last two parties were later to get together and tell their story to a columnist from Variety Magazine named Frank Scully. This author later published a book in 1950 detailing parts of the Aztec recovery story. This breach of security was … by the use of a cover story for the IPU/MAJICOPS workers that proved to be ineffective. It was decided to disguise the Aztec efforts as an exploration for oil by a fictional drilling company, a fact that was not in agreement with the knowledge of the unemployed oil hunter who knew that there was no oil in that area. Later both this independent oil hunter and the columnist Scully were discredited by facts leaked to a writer [Cahn] at True Magazine by covert operatives of the MAJESTIC Enforcement Division. This action was unfortunate but very vital in light of the sensational nature of the Aztec discoveries. Fortunately, Scully labeled this fortune hunting oilman as a “scientist” in his book and during the period of the book’s sales, this adventurer was convicted of fraud for trying to peddle a device he claimed would find oil. Mostly by luck, the security breach healed itself and the book was quickly forgotten with only minor help from MJ-12. (“Assessment of the Situation” p. C-2-of-10)

Essentially, the Majestic briefing document reveals that a disinformation campaign had been successfully implemented to discredit Scully and his two principal sources: Newton and GeBauer. Scully’s blunder was that he had incorrectly referred to GeBauer as a magnetic scientist, which made it easy for the disinformation campaign to succeed.

Given the extensive similarities between Scully’s account of the Aztec flying saucer incident and what is found in the new Majestic 12 briefing document, it can be concluded with great confidence that they are describing the same event. This leads to two possible conclusions about the briefing document, and its relationship to the previously discredited Aztec flying saucer landing.

The first is that it is disinformation based on Scully’s account of the Aztec flying saucer incident as the means for a contrived document to once again confuse or disinform the UFO/exopolitics research community. The fact that the document emerged from the Office of Counterintelligence in the Defense Intelligence Agency does raise this possibility.

The second conclusion is that the briefing document is genuine and vindicates most of what Scully was told forty years earlier about the Aztec incident. Importantly, the briefing document confirms that Scully was not duped by two conmen. Newton and GeBauer had in fact disclosed accurate information about the landing in what was deemed a major security breach by Majestic 12. Scully’s book had successfully revealed operational details of one of the biggest flying saucer secrets held by the national security establishment.

As to which of these two conclusions is more accurate, further study of the contents of the 1989 briefing document is necessary.

SECRET SPACE PROGRAM ALLIANCE NEGOTIATES WITH COUNCIL OF ANCIENT EARTH CIVILIZATIONS

Human civilization has been divided into two distinct branches for millennia according to a report issued today by Secret Space Program whistleblower, Corey Goode. On the Earth’s surface, civilizations have risen and fallen as a result of cataclysmic events, wars, influxes of refugees from other planets, and genetic experiments by visiting extraterrestrial civilizations. In the Earth’s vast subterranean interior, another branch of humanity has found refuge and flourished for millennia, preserving ancient forms of knowledge and bloodlines dating back to a time before cataclysmic surface changes.

In his report, Goode describes a meeting held with a Council representing seven ancient human civilizations, which he described as the “Council of Ancient Earth Breakaway Civilizations.” He describes the Council’s vast historical perspective and why they limited or avoided interaction with surface humanity over the course of millennia.

Goode describes the distrust the Council has of surface humanity, which has been easily controlled and manipulated by secret societies (Cabal/Illuminati) that are aligned with an invasive extraterrestrial group called the ‘Draconians’, who are intent on exploiting surface humanity.

In order to protect themselves from the aggressive and warlike activities of surface humanity and a non-human subterranean race called the ‘Raptors’, the ancient breakaway civilizations claim they have had to pretend to be gods and/or extraterrestrials to hide their true locations.

Goode begins his report with a detailed explanation about the circumstances and events leading up to this meeting with the “Council of Ancient Earth Breakaway Civilizations.” He describes how a break-down in relations between the different secret space programs, the influx of highly advanced weapons, and the emergence of the “Sphere Being Alliance,” led to the ancient Earth civilizations feeling the strategic need to ally themselves more.

Their first step was to form a Council of the seven different ancient breakaway groups, which previously had different perspectives, and were isolationist in their political philosophies. Curiously, this relatively new Council did not include the ancient Mayan civilization that Goode had previously discussed extensively, who have played a very positive role in mitigating the effects of “service-to-self” extraterrestrial groups exploiting humans.

This new alliance would enable the ancient Earth civilizations to counter the increase in aggressive actions by the Illuminati/Cabal and their extraterrestrial allies, led by the Draconians. The latter were encouraging the Raptors to expand their subterranean domains of Earth, leading to territorial losses by the ancient Earth Civilizations. Goode describes the Raptors as a “particularly nasty race” that had “hideous reptilian features as well as a scrawny plume of feathers running down their backs.”

Goode described in great detail how the subterranean Earth civilizations view themselves as racially pure in contrast to surface humanity:

They each described their perceptions of those of us on the surface as uncivilized barbarians who are diseased and genetically impure. They said they were the only ones who had preserved the various original earth human bloodlines.

Wave after wave of refugees from nearby planets had since co-mingled their genetics with the original humans of this planet, and had taken over the surface world like a plague.

Goode refers to four catastrophes on the Earth’s surface that led to the formation of breakaway subterranean civilizations:

They stated that in the nearly 20 million years since the original human bloodlines had arisen on Earth, there had been four major cataclysms that had either changed the Earth’s axis, rotation or orbital path around the Sun.

Each time one of these events occurred, the “elite” or priest caste kept their genetic line pure through isolating themselves beneath the ground. These small groups survived while their surface counterpart civilizations perished.

From time to time, these ancient civilizations would help surface humanity rebuild their destroyed societies according to what Goode was told:

Over oceans of time and smaller destructive events on the surface, which were still obviously catastrophic, nearly all signs of their former civilizations were erased from the memories of the survivors. Only myths and legends of advanced gods remained.

They stated that they would emerge from time to time to kick-start the civilization of the survivors who were the most closely related to them in terms of their genetics.

They claimed that these surviving races assumed they were the gods of their own ancient legends. It was decided that they would allow those they were assisting to believe they were gods, in order to keep their subterranean civilizations secret and secure.

Goode says that refugees from other worlds flooded the Earth’s surface and intermixed with the surviving population after the cataclysms:

To add to this incredible story, they stated that more and more advanced groups began to arrive from outside our solar system during and after these cataclysmic events. These new groups began to take advantage of the situation, such as to farm and manipulate the genetics of the natives of this solar system.

They claimed that the Earth became the destination of the refugees from these other inhabited planets. Advanced ETs relocated these refugees here in several waves as cataclysms occurred on their home planets. The refugee races were genetically similar to the original humans of Earth, but were much more aggressive.

The ancient Earth civilizations knew about the Guardians or the “ancient Builder Race” that Goode has described in a number of Gaiam TV interviews:

The subterranean groups claimed that there had been an ancient civilization that had protected this region of the galaxy for literally billions of years. They were referred to as “The Guardians,” and the Secret Space Program referred to them as the “Ancient Builder Race”…. This Guardian race was extremely advanced. There were no other ET groups who would even think of violating their region of space.

Surface humanity has changed from the time of the ancient Earth civilizations that had relocated underground. Surface humanity was now a threat:

The survivors of those inhabited worlds within our solar system relocated to the Earth. They were extremely aggressive, and began to reproduce and interbreed with the original humans that were on the Earth’s surface.

It was not long before the subterranean groups saw this new mixed race as a threat to their existence. This new mixed race is the current surface population of the earth today.

The ancient human society explained why they had to deceive surface humanity in order to counter the agendas of extraterrestrials:

They continued to appear to certain distant genetic relatives on the surface as gods and ascended teachers, to help them develop their civilizations and themselves spiritually. This was done in the hopes that they might be able to overcome the aggressive part of their genetic programming. This effort has continued right up until the present time.

They decided to start presenting themselves at ETs from other star systems when the surface population became more technologically sophisticated. They say that will continue to do this to keep the people they make contact with looking to the stars, instead of beneath their feet.

The ancient human civilizations are not optimistic about surface humanity’s chances of changing its aggressive behaviors despite the arrival of the Sphere Being Alliance who are believed by the former to be the ancient Guardians:

They stated that they are not optimistic that we will be able to do accomplish this, even with the continued energetic changes or return and assistance of the Guardians. This was quite surprising to hear, as they were obviously referring to the Sphere Alliance as the Guardians….

These subterranean groups are under the impression that after a full disclosure event and the removal of the manipulative ETs from our solar system, it will still take several generations for us to heal and evolve as a civilization. Only then will we be able to have open contact with their civilizations as equals.

The ancient breakaway civlizations are not happy that the Secret Space Program Alliance is acting as the intermediary to the Guardians/Sphere Being Alliance.

They were not exactly thrilled about forming this new council, or reaching out to the SSP Alliance Council to request contact with the newly-returned “Guardians.”

Apparently the Guardians were not going to contact them on their own. If they wanted any access at all, they had to work with us as a team.

They flatly stated that they were doing this under duress. Their alliance was forced into existence by the vast array of problems they were having. This included the lethal resistance they were encountering from various subterranean ET refugees and “ancient pre-human Earth races.”

Goode went on to explain that the ancient subterranean civilizations are frightened of surface humanity:

These people are frightened of us. We inherited very aggressive genetics from groups the refugee groups that were relocated to our planet as well as from genetic manipulation from groups such as the various “Grand Experiment ET’s” and the Draco that they themselves do not possess.

There is much more in Goode’s Report about the philosophy and activities of the ancient subterranean civilizations, and their relations with extraterrestrial visitors and surface humanity. Goode says that he also visited their library which will be the subject of part two of his report.

Corey Goode’s latest report is certain to create much controversy over claims that individuals believing they have had contact with extraterrestrials, were actually being deceived by one or more of these ancient subterranean human breakaway civilizations.

Most controversial is the claim that subterranean humans are genetically purer than surface humanity, which enables them to access ancient technologies left behind by the “Builder Race.” This reminiscent of the claims made by Edward Bulwer Lyton in his book, Vril: The Coming Race (1871), which had a powerful influence at the end of the 19th century.

Lyton’s book depicted a subterranean human race that could harness the Vril Force to use highly advanced technologies. Lyton’s book contributed to the rise of the German Vril Society and the eventual formation of the first secret space program in the 20th century. This historic process is outlined by Goode in an earlier email interview, and discussed in more detail in the new book, Insiders Reveal Secret Space Programs and Extraterrestrial Alliances.

If Goode’s report of his most recent Secret Space Program meeting is accurate, then surface humanity will eventually openly interact with its subterranean ancestors. There will be many controversial issues to navigate, and past conflicts to resolve, as we all learn about a much richer and complex human history than anything previously imagined.

On Tuesday, Dr. John Grunsfeld, head of NASA’s Science Mission Directorate told the House Science, Technology and Space Committee that extraterrestrial life is on the verge of being discovered. For many, Grunsfeld’s bold prediction was basically a pitch to the House Committee to increase spending levels for NASA’s space exploration missions, where recent successes by NASA in discovering water on other planets and moons in our solar system justifies more funding. Was his discovery prediction merely a pitch for more funding based on recent scientific discoveries, or is there a deeper ‘exopolitics’ agenda at play concerning the imminent disclosure of extraterrestrial life?

Grunsfeld told the House Committee:

Are we alone? Many, many people on planet Earth want to know…. We are on the cusp of being able to answer that question.

The Huffington Post gave a summary of the recent developments concerning the discovery of water in the solar system:

There are at least half a dozen of these ocean worlds in our solar system alone — and where there’s water, there may be answers about the potential for life across the universe.

In addition, there was the recent discovery of a rocky exoplanet only 60% larger than earth that rotates around a sun similar to our own, in a comparable orbit of 385 days. Scientists said that the likelihood that Kepler has surface water, and therefore the right conditions for life to evolve is very good.

NASA’s recent scientific discoveries and bold predictions by Grunsfeld and other NASA officials lead to the conclusion that the public is being prepared for the imminent discovery of extraterrestrial life. Is this merely a result of genuine scientific advances in NASA’s ability to better detect the conditions for life in our and other solar system? Or is Grunsfeld’s prediction part of a deeper ‘exopolitics’ agenda driven by developments behind the scenes?

Beginning in early March 2015, there was an alleged meeting on the moon involving up to 70 private individuals along with about 120 officials representing different secret space programs and national governments who heard plans about disclosing the existence of extraterrestrial life. The meeting was addressed by an 8ft tall extraterrestrial called Raw-Teir-Eir who belongs to an alien race called the “Blue Avians” that is part of an alliance called the Sphere Being Alliance. The Sphere Being Alliance is allegedly intent on helping bring about full disclosure of extraterrestrial life.

Two of the individuals that attended that secret moon meeting have revealed themselves to varying extents. Corey Goode, who initially used the pseudonym GoodETxSG when his testimony first emerged in October 2014, publicly revealed himself in early April. The second individual, a military officer who uses the pseudonym Lt Col Gonzales, more recently allowed summaries of two secret space program meetings he attended in June to be released. The summaries were Goode’s notes on the oral briefings Gonzales had given to Goode who did not attend the two meetings. Goode gave video testimony of the secret moon meeting held in March that both he and Gonzales attended which is available for free online at Gaiam TV.

Goode’s and Gonzales’ testimonies suggest that public officials at NASA, the European Space Agency and other national space programs have been advised that plans are advancing quickly behind the scenes to disclose to the general public the truth about extraterrestrial life. In order to better prepare the world for the psychological shock of discovering that extraterrestrial life is real and that government institutions have been withholding this for decades, officials such as Grunsfeld are very active in playing up the imminent nature of a discovery of extraterrestrial life. Presentations such as Grunsfeld’s at the House Science Committee are a good opportunity to generate media interest in the implications of such a discovery while making it appear as though the only hidden agenda is a pitch for more NASA funding.

If Goode and Gonzales are correct, then there is a deeper exopolitics agenda behind Grunsfeld’s announcement. This agenda suggests that any NASA announcement about the discovery of extraterrestrial life is preparation for further disclosures about when alien life was first discovered, when it first made contact with humanity, and why this vital information was kept secret from the public for decades.

EARTH-LIKE EXOPLANET RAISES DISCOVERY VS DISCLOSURE SCENARIO OF EXTRATERRESTRIAL LIFE

On Thursday, NASA announced the discovery an exoplanet that is similar to Earth in terms of size, solar orbit, and the size of its sun. This has sparked news reports that exoplanet Kepler 452 may host extraterrestrial life.The Guardian released a story titled “Is Kepler 452b humanity’s best chance to find alien life?” while RT Newsran the story, “We are not alone? NASA’s Kepler telescope finds first planet similar to Earth.” Dr Seth Shosta from the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (SETI) program believes the discovery of Kepler 452 will help scientists figure out “what fraction of stars have a world that could support life”.

While there have been other earth sized exoplanets discovered in the habitable region of their suns, they orbited much smaller suns. The sun of Kepler 452 is however similar to the Earth’s in terms of diameter. Its age of six billion years means that it is more likely that life could have evolved over extended periods of geological time. Kepler 452 is estimated to be 60% bigger than Earth, has a similar orbital distance from, and orbit (385 days) around, its sun. It is also thought to be a rocky planet that could host large oceans where life could evolve.

The discovery of Kepler 452 follows soon after it was announced on July 20 that Stephen Hawking was backing a new SETI related initiative to find extraterrestrial life. The project will be backed by a Russian billionaire who is donating $100 million.

Fortune is smiling on SETI related programs with renewed private funding and a new set of exoplanet targets for finding signs of extraterrestrial life. It now appears inevitable that either SETI will detect radio signals from a distant alien civilization or that astronomers will develop techniques for identifying bio-signatures in an exoplanet’s atmosphere. Either way will lead to a major scientific announcement about the discovery of extraterrestrial life, and a new era as humanity adjusts to the reality that we are not alone. There is however a big problem with this unfolding scenario. It’s a lie.

Extraterrestrial life was discovered more than seven decades ago and for national security reasons has been kept from the public arena. The advanced technologies used by alien visitors in their flying saucer craft and larger cigar-shaped motherships, was well documented at the dawn of the UFO era. For example, George Adamski in the early 1950’s released photographs of large cigar shaped motherships with scout craft leaving that have never been debunked.

A senior Canadian government scientist Wilbert Smith made discreet inquiries in the late 1940s and found that the flying saucer issue had a non-earthly origin and was more highly classified than the H-Bomb. Many hundreds of whistleblowers began emerging in the late 1990s to reveal their involvement with covert programs that involved working with or suppressing information about extraterrestrial life and technology.

Even more recently, there have been major disclosures about secret space programs that are aware of and working with different extraterrestrial civilizations. These whistleblower disclosures are accelerating and have the potential to lead to a massive breakdown in the secrecy system that has been built up over decades. Modern information technologies make it possible for organizations such as Wikileaks to be given large numbers of documents that are released in ways that expose national security secrets. Indeed, some whistleblowers claim that massive document dumps are being prepared at this very moment concerning secret space programs, and national security and corporate elites are aware of this.

It is inevitable that the world public will learn that extraterrestrial life is real. This will happen either through enhanced detection techniques for scanning exoplanet bio-signatures or radio signals, or a massive breakdown in the secrecy system built up over decades.

National security and corporate elites responsible for covering up the existence of extraterrestrial life face a major dilemma. They can sit back and allow scientists to move forward in a gradual process that eventually discovers distant alien life. Such a discovery will raise inevitable questions as to whether conspiracy theorists were right all along about a cover-up thereby creating heightened interest in what witnesses, whistleblowers, leaked documents, etc. have been saying about alien life. This will make the scenario of a massive breakdown in the secrecy system more likely – either soon after or even prior to an extraterrestrial discovery announcement – which is what many elites fear most.

This leads to a third scenario that some national security and corporate elite may attempt in order to maintain much of the infrastructure of a decades-long secrecy system. An announcement that alien life has been discovered on a distant exoplanet will be given saturation media coverage that sparks massive public and private funding for space exploration. Such a discovery will be given sufficient media spin to make it appear that humanity is embarking on a bold new adventure that deserves massive public support, rather than suspicion due to crazy conspiracy theories focused on past events.

The discovery of exoplanet Kepler 452 is a positive scientific development as many in the general public seek an answer to the question: “are we alone?” Any future announcement that extraterrestrial life has been discovered on a distant exoplanet needs to be considered not solely as the start of a bold new age in space exploration, but also as an opportunity for disclosure of the truth about past and even present-day events covering up that we are not alone in this vast universe.

Whistleblower reveals multiple secret space programs concerned about new alien visitors

A new whistleblower has appeared who is creating quite a stir in the UFO and exopolitics communities due to his claims of having worked with a number of secret space programs; and, more recently, having become a contactee with a powerful new group of extraterrestrials that have entered our solar system.

Using the online pseudonym GoodETxSG, the whistleblower (who announced yesterday that his first name is Corey and that he will soon end his anonymity) has described in interviews and posts on two major online forums his former covert background with a number of secret space programs run by various military, corporate and earlier human civilizations. He says that contrary to widespread perceptions in the UFO research community of a single secret space program belonging to a breakaway civilization, that there are in fact up to ten breakaway civilizations indigenous to Earth.

Each of these breakaway civilizations, according to GoodETxSG/Corey has their own secret space program. He says that there are currently three major secret space programs belonging to various national and international entities on Earth. One of these is a large corporate entity similar to what was described in the movie Avatar. The other two are multinational covert space programs that are similar to NATO in their manner of operations and activities. In addition, he says that there are between 5-7 secret space programs belonging to earlier breakaway civilizations on Earth including Nazi Germany, and another dating as far back as an astounding 500,000 years ago!

Adding another level of complexity to what is really happening with the various secret space programs, GoodETxSG says that off-world extraterrestrial civilizations interact or collaborate with one or more of these secret space programs. In a comment responding to the claims of another alleged whistleblower from a secret space program, Randy Cramer (aka Captain Kaye), GoodETxSG summarized the complex situation:

There are many who have been a part of the 3 Separate Secret Space Programs that are independent of the Secret Earth Governments (One of which is a powerful Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate that owns most of the Mars Bases). There are also 5-7 “Ancient Earth Break Away Civilizations” that have Bases here on Earth. All of the groups mentioned above are “Allied” with various and different “Off World Entities’ and “UN Type Federations” both with the “Human Like ET’s” and the “Non-Human ET’s” (All with DIFFERENT AGENDA’s). There is also a “Shadow Civil War” going on among some of these Secret Space Programs and their “Off World Allies” to end control of the Secret Earth Governments using the “Babylonian Money Magic Slave System” to control Earth Humanity.

A significant point concerning security in GoodETxSG’s postings is that concerning the threat posed by artificial intelligence. According GoodETxSG, artificial intelligence (AI) has been developed by multiple extraterrestrial civilizations that have created synthetic AI humanoids, only to have them turn against their creators in a manner similar to what was depicted in the remake of the television series, Battlestar Galactica. Consequently, all secret space programs have created security procedures to identify individuals displaying evidence of AI influence.

As a last resort, individuals trained as intuitive empaths were employed to identify AI influence as well as any form of deception. This was the main job that GoodETxSG says he performed during his 20 year tour of duty.

More recently, GoodETxSG claims that up to 100 spherical ships have entered our solar system possessing technology far in advance to anything used by the different secret space programs and their respective extraterrestrial allies. GoodETxSG says that extraterrestrials from this “Sphere Alliance,” have been physically contacting him and other private individuals to disclose information about major new events that will profoundly change life on Earth. He says that this Sphere Alliance is assisting humanity in breaking free of the control exerted by powerful elite organizations on Earth, what he calls the “Babylonian Money Magic Slave System.”

GoodETxSG’s claims that he and 70 other private citizens were recently taken to a secret space location for an “Alliance Conference” where along with about 120 others representing the different secret space programs, the “Sphere Alliance” revealed some of their plans. Among the extraterrestrials from this alliance who interacted with the conference delegates, according to GoodETxSG is a “Blue Avian” race up to 8 feet tall, and a taller 10 foot thin golden brown being with triangular head and blue eyes. The Sphere Alliance apparently is intent on helping bring about full disclosure of extraterrestrial life.

GoodETxSG has been sharing his information with David Wilcock who apparently vetted GoodETxSG with other confidential sources and found him to be credible. Wilcock has subsequently incorporated GoodETxSG’s testimony into a number of public presentations attempting to outline the full complexity of issues concerning secret space programs and visiting extraterrestrial life. Wilcock is a major proponent of the idea that extraterrestrial disclosure is imminent due to the collapse of the elite control system that has been in place for centuries. He accepts GoodETxSG’s information as validation for his optimistic pro-disclosure position. Before offering my own evaluation of GoodETxSG’s claims, it’s good to review what is known about his recent public activities.

GoodETxSG first became widely known because of two audio interviews he did that were initially promoted through the Project Avalon forum in Oct 2014. He previously had been a long time member of Project Avalon where he had shared personal information, but not his covert background in various secret space programs. That changed in Sept 2014 when he consented to do an informal sit down conversation with a Project Avalon member on behalf of the forum’s founder Bill Ryan. The conversation was intended to be used solely for Ryan’s personal research but GoodETxSG was persuaded to have it published on Project Avalon with the proviso that all steps would be taken to keep his identity anonymous. While this introduced a wide audience to GoodETxSG’s experiences with different secret space programs, this ultimately led to his identity being exposed on the forum, and ultimately a break with Ryan and Project Avalon. Currently GoodETxSG’s is posting on a new forum, “The One Truth,” where he is answering questions and informing members of new developments. He also has a website which has much of the information he has shared on the two forums.

How credible is GoodETxSG? According to Wilcock, GoodETxSG’s testimony is consistent with multiple other insider sources discussing secret space program and extraterrestrial life. In my own database of whistleblowers, contactees, leaked documents and breaking news on the secret space program(s), I have found nothing awry in GoodETxSG’s claims. His claim of separate space programs is consistent with Randy Cramer’s claims that he served with the Earth Defense Force (a multinational alliance) for 17 years on Mars to defend five civilian bases belonging to the Mars Colony Corporation. In his alleged 17 years on Mars, Cramer claims he never once ventured into the Mars Colony Corporation facilities, even for R & R. That appeared strange to me when I first heard of it. That degree of formal separation between military and corporate bases on Mars, however, supports GoodETxSG’s claims of separate space programs.

GoodETxSG claims that he served a 20 year tour of service with the secret space program(s) before being age-regressed back to a time shortly after his duty began. Essentially this allowed him to live a 20 year time-span twice. Also, his memories were wiped or “blank-slated” and GoodETxSG, now a civilian, was encouraged not to rejoin any military service in case that triggered memory recall of his prior 20 year service. This is consistent with the claims of Michael Relfe (The Mars Record) and Randy Cramer (Earth Defense Force) who say they went through a similar security process.

Furthermore, GoodET discusses 22 ET races that have genetically intervened with the human genome. They comprise a UN Type Federation of “Off World” beings interested in humanity. This is consistent with the testimony of the ‘contactee’ Alex Collier who claims that extraterrestrials from Andromeda had revealed to him that a total of 22 extraterrestrials races provided the genetic material for humanity:

In a nut shell, we are a composite of a lot of different races, 22 to be exact. It is a physiological fact that there are 22 different body types on the planet. And that is the result of the extraterrestrial races.

While there has been no concrete evidence offered to corroborate the testimony of GoodETxSG, his claims are consistent with those of other whistleblowers and/or contactees on a number of significant issues. It’s clear from anyone viewing the extensive postings and commentary by GoodETxSG, that he sincerely believes that his claims are based on truthful events and experiences. Nevertheless, it is always possible for an individual to sincerely pass on implanted memories as truthful testimony even though they have been fabricated to serve the agenda of one or more shadowy intelligence corporate organizations,

In the original 1962 film, Manchurian Candidate, mind controlled military personnel were given false memories and programmed to act in ways that served the interests of shadowy entities behind the scenes. Project MKUltra was exposed to be a real CIA mind control program by the 1976 Church Senate Committee that targeted thousands of individuals. Mind control through the use of false implanted memories would over the decades have become even more sophisticated with the development of more powerful computers. It’s possible or even likely that implanted memories have been used for those that have previously served in secret space programs and undergone a blank slate mind control experience when reverting to civilian life. This would enable former covert space operatives, now working as private civilians, to continue to be of use in any psychological warfare operations against the US or world public. It’s important to point out that the Edward Snowden NSA document leaks confirm that online covert operatives have indeed been used to subvert the public about the UFO issue.

Different mind control techniques used on former secret space program personnel does not mean that ALL recovered memories are false or compromised. Individuals may be programmed to release genuine information along with disinformation as a means of an agency fulfilling an agenda that evolves with time. It’s also possible that former secret space program personal have been able to successfully remove most if not all implanted memories or mind programming. It’s worth mentioning that in the cases of Michael Relfe and Randy Cramer, both underwent years of extensive deprogramming to remove signs of mind control, and get to the truth of their experiences.

At this stage, it’s vital to separate GoodETxSG’s claims of 20 years service with multiple space programs with his more recent claims of being an extraterrestrial contactee. Importantly, the latter experiences from his public statements so far, provide information about current off-world events that can be corroborated by others attending the alleged “Sphere Alliance” conferences. If 70 private individuals attended the same event, it can be expected that some will soon also go public and offer their versions of what happened. Significantly, there does not appear to be any mind control involved in GoodETxSG’s claimed contact experiences. If confirmed by others stepping forward, his contactee experiences will support the validity of his claimed earlier experiences with secret space programs.

Researchers need to be very cautious when examining testimony of whistleblowers that have been subjected to mind control as a standard security measure during their alleged service in one or more secret space programs. GoodETxSG/Corey may very well be one of the most significant whistleblowers ever to come forward with his claims of twenty years service with multiple secret space programs if confirmation can be found. His current revelations about an alien “Sphere Alliance” may be even more significant if events transpire as he suggests, and also offer a means of confirming his alleged prior covert service. At the moment it’s important to keep an open mind while remaining cautious when examining the full extent of GoodETxSG’s/Corey’s claims concerning multiple secret space programs, and their reactions to a powerful new group of visiting extraterrestrials supportive of full disclosure.

Breakthrough phase means that the Light forces are no longer focused only on opposing the Chimera and the Cabal, but are gathering momentum for the final breakthrough instead. During the breakthrough phase, the Veil is slowly being dissolved and the quarantine slowly being lifted. There are operations underway to arrange Disclosure leaks through mainstream media by high levels sources in India and Russia. Those leaks are expected to occur when the Chimera group will lose enough power over the military in the aforementioned countries.

Our Solar System has been under control of Orion/Andromedan Chimera empire and their Draco/Reptilian minions for the last 26,000 years, effectively putting planet Earth under quarantine status, isolating it from positive ET races.

The Light forces were forced to sign a non-interference treaty which states that they will not interfere on the surface of planet Earth directly and in turn the Chimera will also not interfere on the surface directly. Although this treaty was quite harmful for the development of humanity in the last 26,000 years, it has also prevented humanity to be harvested by Chimera and their Draco/Reptilian minions directly. This is the reason the Resistance Movement agents are not contacting human beings on the surface of their planet. This treaty is also the reason why the Reptilians have not been massively eating humans for breakfast in the open in surface human cities after 1996 when their presence under the surface of the planet was huge, with 500 million entities present. This treaty is also the reason strangelet bombs were not detonated in many occasions. As soon as the Chimera threat is gone, the Light forces will intervene on the surface of this planet directly.

The second Pleiadian attempt to pierce the quarantine began in early 20th century with Thule / Vril societies in Germany. Soon, more hostile races took control over the German space program, which has culminated in building a secret German Nazi Moon base during WW2. Like attracts like, and Nazi Moon base was taken over by the Reptilians shortly after the end of the war, all personnel wiped out.

A more direct attempt to pierce the quarantine was made on February 20th, 1954, when President Eisenhower met with representatives of the Pleiadians and of the Ashtar Command at Edwards air force base:

Pressured by the Negative Military, Eisenhower was forced to reject an agreement with the positive ETs and later to sign a treaty with negative Zeta and Draco races instead.

Pleiadians, however, have managed to negotiate a permission from the Negative Military to build a secret base under Bora Bora island in French Polynesia, under condition that its existence remains unknown to the surface population.

James Francis MacIntyre, the bishop of LA, was present at the meeting in Edwards AFB and reported the proceedings to the Jesuits. There are photos and films of Pleiadian ships, taken at that meeting, in the Vatican library. Jesuits were also regularly updated from Negative Military about all technologies which the military has received from the Zetas and Draconians. A secret Jesuit space program was started in 1956 to build bases on Moon and Mars. The program was not that successful and, ironically, was codenamed Marconi.



Real secret space program has started in early 1960s, when the Chimera group has given permission to the negative militaries of USA, NATO European countries, USSR and China to build joint secret Moon and Mars bases in certain restricted areas. Also, a secret treaty was signed between the Cabal and Draco/Reptilian/Zeta complex which gave the Cabal technical support in construction of Lunar and Mars bases whereas those negative alien races were given permission to build underground bases on Earth together with Negative Military.

Joint USA/USSR Mars base was thus built in 1964 and then expanded in the next few decades, when more Moon and Mars bases were added to the program. The main lunar base was built on the far side of the Moon and was codenamed LOC (Lunar Operations Command).

The whole secret space program was named Solar Warden and top supersoldiers were accepted into the program and brainwashed with the idea that they are defending Earth from the negative aliens. Some UN diplomats knew about the existence of the Solar Warden and they naively believed it to be a global program for Earth defense against alien threat. From the human side, the program was directed by unholy four (Bush Sr., Henry Kissinger, Donald Rumsfeld and Dick Cheney). The unholy four are actually Draconians who took human incarnations 26,000 years ago and are the four most visible Draco/human hybrids.

The Light forces have infiltrated the Solar Warden space program in many ways. Eisenhower, cornered by the Cabal and forced to team up with the negative aliens, has formed some secret cells inside the Solar Warden program which were working for the Light.

Also, the Organization (forerunner of the Resistance Movement) had secret teams infiltrated into the Solar Warden program. The Organization was also cooperating with positive Andromedans who were well aware of the situation in this Solar System.

The Light forces have built their own Lunar base inside the Tycho crater and I have visited that base in 1983. It was a huge domed structure with a nice swimming pool inside, from where I could watch the Earth. Many years later I had a surreal moment when I was in a similar swimming pool on Earth, covered with a glassy dome and was watching the Moon rising. It was then a shock and confusion to my brain to see the Moon rising though the glassy domed structure where I should be watching the orb of Earth instead!

After the Archon invasion in 1996 our Solar System was filled with Draconian and Reptilian entities. Their main military base was on Charon (Pluto's moon) with many strongholds in the main asteroid belt. In that timeframe, many key people were taken to the underground military bases and trauma-based mindprogrammed against the Galactic Confederation and against the Ashtar Command. This is the reason why many people are now so strongly against the Ashtar Command.

During massive liberation offensive between 1999 and 2004, the Lightforces of the Resistance Movement, Pleiaidan, Sirian and Andromedan Fleet and the Ashtar Command have cleared the vast majority of the Draco/Reptilian presence from our Solar System.

After 2004, the remaining Draco/Reptilian forces were working closely with the unholy four to defend planet Earth from the liberating fleet of the Galactic Light forces and they have been manipulating Solar Warden supersoldiers against the Light. Between 2004 and 2012 the Light forces have cleared this Solar System from all Draco/Reptilian presence except for those working directly with the Chimera group. In that time frame, Solar Warden was operating primarily from two locations.

Solar System operations were directed from the Kings Peak underground base in Utah, where most personnel and infrastructure was moved to from Area 51 and S4 when these two locations became too widely known.

In 2012, the Light forces have closed down Solar Warden and since then the Cabal is grounded on the surface of the planet and now heavily relies on Chimera's (empty) promises that they will save them off planet from the mass arrests. They now feel stranded and are starting to get worried:

 Since early last year, the Light forces are dealing with the Chimera directly. Since late January this year, as the physical strangelet and toplet bombs have been cleared, they have started operations to clear this Solar System from last vestiges of darkness. This operation is codenamed MOSS (Multidimensional Operations Solar System). This operation is still ongoing. Important breakthroughs have happened in the last few days. After successful completion of MOSS and around the time of the Event, Disclosure and First Contact will happen and this will be the end of quarantine status for planet Earth.
