This morning I watched a horrifying video of young Ukrainian soldier surrounded by his dead comrades revealing how they were all thrown on the front line with barely 3 days of training against the Russian army, about whom a Ukrainian civilian told the New York Times yesterday: “Everywhere they come is just razed to the ground”—that in truth is what armies are supposed to do in war.

A statement such as this is critical to notice because of scholarly articles like “History Of The 25th Frame: The Subliminal Message”, and whose history of subliminal messaging began with Edward Bernays, who is known as “the father of public relations”.

False flag in Vegas shooting?

False flags always target the psychological state of mind of the public. Mind control is the goal.

To boil it down, a false flag is an operation staged to blame someone for a crime, someone who didn’t commit the crime.

Why? Because by blaming that person or group, and by convincing many others to blame that person or group, you achieve an important objective.

Simplistic over-exaggerated version: “Last night, a homeless man was found shot dead in an alley. The gun was found next to his body. The Mayor’s fingerprints were on the [planted] gun. The Mayor was arrested at his office. The election nears. The Mayor’s opponent now appears to have a clear path to victory…”

Less simplistic version: “…the worst mass shooting in US history. Stephen Paddock, 64, has been named as the Las Vegas shooter. He is dead. He killed 58 people at a concert and wounded 515 others. In the Congress, calls are rising for new gun control laws…”

But, as it turns out, the evidence suggests there were multiple shooters in the Mandalay Hotel. Paddock may or may not have been one of them. The overall operation was designed to invoke widespread horror and fear, and usher in new restrictions on gun ownership…

The other possible shooters in the hotel would have been professionals, tasked with killing as many people as possible at the country music concert.

Gun control would not be the only agenda in this false flag.

Heavily militarized police all over this country would be another agenda.

Putting a significant dent in the economy would be another—if attendance at public events and in crowded public places diminishes.

Such a reduction in attendance could even affect political forums and other gatherings where free speech and the right to assemble are vital. (We’ve already seen significant disruptions of these events.)

Invoking fear and passivity in the population is another basic agenda. This leads to the attitude: “Let the authorities handle everything.”

We could see new, more outrageous violations of Constitutional search and seizure principles, all in the name of “the need for security.”

As in the aftermath of Sandy Hook (archive here), there may be new calls for psychiatric screening of the population, including young children, in order to “spot criminals before they commit crimes.” This is sheer madness, because no so-called mental disorder is based on any defining lab test, and many of the prescribed drugs (SSRI antidepressants) push people over the edge into committing violence. —More violence, more calls for psychiatric screening, more drugs, more violence: an escalating scenario and repeating cycle, leading to tighter Control from above.

When was the last time you saw a major false flag exposed by the mainstream press, and then admitted to by the actual perpetrators, who then explained their true objectives?

Never.

False flags are, over the long term, essential to maintaining and expanding the status quo: power is collected and increased at the top, and then exerted downward.

Note: All prior analyses I’ve made about the duration of the shooting, and numbers of people killed and injured, are subject to change. Why? Because as yet, we have no accurate reports on how many of the 515 people injured were actually shot versus trampled or hurt in some other fashion. Also, police reports that are emerging differ on the duration of the shooting. The NY Times is talking about roughly 7 minutes. Newsweek suggests the duration is longer.

Nevertheless, the background of the purported shooter, Stephen Paddock, gives no indication of any competence with auto weapons, gives no indication he could have dealt with the problems and challenges of using such a weapon—and on top of that, his state of mind at the time, as an non-professional, would have been unstable, to say the least.

Any reasonable law-enforcement group investigating this mass shooting would certainly keep its options open, regarding other perpetrators. But that is not what is happening here. The books are closed on this case. There is no going back.

The desired result has been achieved. One shooter, mass killings. End of story. Objective achieved.

That rush to judgment and “closure” is also a prime feature of the false flag. It has to be.

Paris Attacks: The Bigger Picture

We now know that the Paris Attacks false flag is nothing different to WTC 911, i.e. suppression of privacy, restriction of movement, martial law on the interim, and perpetual war on the long term. But just like WTC 911 it has a darker set of agenda.

The Paris Attacks have distracted everyone from the Paris Climate Change Summit. In fact, the boots on the ground will suppress any protest marches from those organizations that consider the cloaked anti-carbon rhetoric as actually aimed at reducing global food production to control the population by controlling carbon emissions that is vital to growing plants.

While it is true that carbon emissions can give urban dwellers respiratory illnesses, it is also true that too much of oxygen can suffocate the lungs. Too much of everything is indeed toxic.

The solution is not zero carbon emission, but to strike a balance between carbon emitters [industrial plants, car population] and carbon absorbers [vegetation].

The problem is that they lumped all industrial firms and commercial establishments together into one location. Companies are also motivated to locate their production in urban centers to save on transportation cost.

They are forcing the migration of people into cities instead of distributing these manufacturing plants and commercial establishments in other areas. They are calling this urbanization as economic progress. We call them virtual prison cells.

The policy makers have created an imbalanced system to create a pretext for anti-carbon rhetoric to justify production reduction and promote the notion of overpopulation when it is only the cities that are overpopulated.

The same idiotic mindsets creating the problem are about to haggle together in a summit to agree on a solution that just eliminate the effects but not the actual root cause of the problem.

They want to alter the natural symbiosis between plants and animals so they could sell chemical solutions like artificial fertilizers and pesticides which ran counter to their own advertised mantra of caring for the environment, not to mention the ill effects on people’s health. This is madness sustaining itself.

But then again, whoever said they care for the environment, much less the people?

The bottom line is simple: If they can control the sources of food, water and all other resources, they can control the people. This is their only option once the fiat financial system is finally brought down.

The forces of evil are indeed hard at work. There’s no time for complacency.

The Irrational War On Carbon: Toward The 2015 Climate Change Summit in Paris Technocracy News

The core stakeholders who will orchestrate the Paris 2015 Climate Change Summit are out in full force to froth the brew of anti-carbon rhetoric.

There is no better example of what will be said than what has already been said by the Carbon Tracker Initiative based in London. First, they call for a “carbon bubble deflation” where the excessive production of fossil fuel carbon will be methodically reduced to zero thanks to financial pressure and asset realignment. Comparing carbon to a financial bubble serves to create an urgent avoidance, but the analogy is deeply flawed.

According to this approach, “smart” utilities and other fossil fuel users are told that they should divest themselves of assets related to coal, oil and their derivatives. Carbon Tracker then reminds the company that if management winds up with “abandoned assets” in their portfolio, they will have failed their shareholders.

Christiana Figueres, the United Nations’ climate head, loves this approach and is backing it 100 percent. She stated in May 2014,

“Governments have agreed to limit global temperature rise to less than 2 degrees Celsius. Governments have also agreed to put in place the pathways to deliver this with a new and universal agreement in Paris towards the end of 2015. In order to reach this goal, large amounts of coal and oil will have to stay in the ground, unburnt. Carbon Tracker’s new [oil and coal cost] ‘Curves’ report indicates where in respect to the oil industry some of those stranded assets and some of those red lines will lie.”

Will The Carbon Tracker Initiative have an impact at the Paris 2015 Climate Change Summit? They believe they will:

“We have the technical knowledge, connections and reach to get inside the mind-set of the global financial community and effect change on a global scale. We are a non-profit, independent organisation, free from the commercial constraints of mainstream analysts and able to set our own research agenda.”

Secondly, they have the full support of the United Nations.

The ultimate goal (by 2030) is nothing less than to completely stop all production of coal and oil.

Let’s analyze this a bit. When Carbon Tracker Initiative calls for “carbon deflation”, any rational economist would perceive that this will also cause economic deflation as well. Why? Because energy is required for all economic activity and currently carbon provides the bulk of that energy. Secondly, there are no substitutes offered to make up the difference in those deflated resources.

Will wind and solar power be sufficient to completely replace the loss of coal and oil? Hardly. According to the U.S. Energy Information Administration, 67 percent of America’s electricity is currently derived from these resources. If you add in nuclear and hydropower, the total rises to 92 percent. By comparison, all sources of renewables combined (wind, solar, biomass, geothermal) only produce 7 percent.

There is no concrete plan on the table anywhere that could begin to replace the missing energy if coal and oil are summarily eliminated. The lack of solutions is underscored by Bill Gates’ recent plea for a huge increase in research funds to explore new technologies. In the end, Gates says he is hoping for a miracle.

The bottom line is that the United Nations and Carbon Tracker Initiative want to kill the only major source of energy today, while hoping against hope that some unforeseen miracle will bail them out later.

It doesn’t take a PhD to realize that this is a formula for economic disaster.

The long term solution to all forms of pollution and environmental destruction cannot be implemented without the powers that be shedding out their power to control the people. The release of free energy technology is not only economically liberating but spiritually.

The Intercept has once again provided a great detail and analysis on Obama’s drone based policy of eliminating perceived enemies of the corporate United States with its new exposé which highlights leaked drone papers by an intelligence whistleblower.

This process of summary execution by remote control is, to our understanding, is a way of eliminating “loose ends” of the Bush era “war of terror”, and suppressing dissent, among others.

This latest leak should provide the white hat law enforcers more tools to arrest and prosecute the Cabalists occupying the highest office of the US government.

“The articles in The Drone Papers were produced by a team of reporters and researchers from The Intercept that has spent months analyzing the documents. The series is intended to serve as a long-overdue public examination of the methods and outcomes of America’s assassination program. DRONES ARE A TOOL, not a policy. The policy is assassination. While every president since Gerald Ford has upheld an executive order banning assassinations by U.S. personnel, Congress has avoided legislating the issue or even defining the word “assassination.” This has allowed proponents of the drone wars to rebrand assassinations with more palatable characterizations, such as the term du jour, “targeted killings.”

When the Obama administration has discussed drone strikes publicly, it has offered assurances that such operations are a more precise alternative to boots on the ground and are authorized only when an “imminent” threat is present and there is “near certainty” that the intended target will be eliminated. Those terms, however, appear to have been bluntly redefined to bear almost no resemblance to their commonly understood meanings.

The first drone strike outside of a declared war zone was conducted more than 12 years ago, yet it was not until May 2013 that the White House released a set of standards and procedures for conducting such strikes. Those guidelines offered little specificity, asserting that the U.S. would only conduct a lethal strike outside of an “area of active hostilities” if a target represents a “continuing, imminent threat to U.S. persons,” without providing any sense of the internal process used to determine whether a suspect should be killed without being indicted or tried. The implicit message on drone strikes from the Obama administration has been one of trust, but don’t verify.

Geolocation-Watchlist The Intercept has obtained a cache of secret slides that provides a window into the inner workings of the U.S. military’s kill/capture operations at a key time in the evolution of the drone wars — between 2011 and 2013. The documents, which also outline the internal views of special operations forces on the shortcomings and flaws of the drone program, were provided by a source within the intelligence community who worked on the types of operations and programs described in the slides. The Interceptgranted the source’s request for anonymity because the materials are classified and because the U.S. government has engaged in aggressive prosecution of whistleblowers. The stories in this series will refer to the source as “the source.”

The source said he decided to provide these documents to The Intercept because he believes the public has a right to understand the process by which people are placed on kill lists and ultimately assassinated on orders from the highest echelons of the U.S. government. “This outrageous explosion of watchlisting — of monitoring people and racking and stacking them on lists, assigning them numbers, assigning them ‘baseball cards,’ assigning them death sentences without notice, on a worldwide battlefield — it was, from the very first instance, wrong,” the source said.

“We’re allowing this to happen. And by ‘we,’ I mean every American citizen who has access to this information now, but continues to do nothing about it.”

The Pentagon, White House, and Special Operations Command all declined to comment. A Defense Department spokesperson said, “We don’t comment on the details of classified reports.”

The CIA and the U.S. military’s Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) operate parallel drone-based assassination programs, and the secret documents should be viewed in the context of an intense internal turf war over which entity should have supremacy in those operations. Two sets of slides focus on the military’s high-value targeting campaign in Somalia and Yemen as it existed between 2011 and 2013, specifically the operations of a secretive unit, Task Force 48-4.

Additional documents on high-value kill/capture operations in Afghanistan buttress previous accounts of how the Obama administration masks the true number of civilians killed in drone strikes by categorizing unidentified people killed in a strike as enemies, even if they were not the intended targets. The slides also paint a picture of a campaign in Afghanistan aimed not only at eliminating al Qaeda and Taliban operatives, but also at taking out members of other local armed groups.

One top-secret document shows how the terror “watchlist” appears in the terminals of personnel conducting drone operations, linking unique codes associated with cellphone SIM cards and handsets to specific individuals in order to geolocate them.

The costs to intelligence gathering when suspected terrorists are killed rather than captured are outlined in the slides pertaining to Yemen and Somalia, which are part of a 2013 study conducted by a Pentagon entity, the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Task Force. The ISR study lamented the limitations of the drone program, arguing for more advanced drones and other surveillance aircraft and the expanded use of naval vessels to extend the reach of surveillance operations necessary for targeted strikes. It also contemplated the establishment of new “politically challenging” airfields and recommended capturing and interrogating more suspected terrorists rather than killing them in drone strikes.

The ISR Task Force at the time was under the control of Michael Vickers, the undersecretary of defense for intelligence. Vickers, a fierce proponent of drone strikes and a legendary paramilitary figure, had long pushed for a significant increase in the military’s use of special operations forces. The ISR Task Force is viewed by key lawmakers as an advocate for more surveillance platforms like drones.

The ISR study also reveals new details about the case of a British citizen, Bilal el-Berjawi, who was stripped of his citizenship before being killed in a U.S. drone strike in 2012. British and American intelligence had Berjawi under surveillance for several years as he traveled back and forth between the U.K. and East Africa, yet did not capture him. Instead, the U.S. hunted him down and killed him in Somalia.

Taken together, the secret documents lead to the conclusion that Washington’s 14-year high-value targeting campaign suffers from an overreliance on signals intelligence, an apparently incalculable civilian toll, and — due to a preference for assassination rather than capture — an inability to extract potentially valuable intelligence from terror suspects. They also highlight the futility of the war in Afghanistan by showing how the U.S. has poured vast resources into killing local insurgents, in the process exacerbating the very threat the U.S. is seeking to confront.

Jade Helm-15 War Exercise Linked to Nordic Alien UFOs Invading Texas

We’ve seen and heard a lot of bizarre things lately… and here’s one more. Disinfo or…? You decide. People continue to throw out hypotheses about what Jade Helm is really all about. A couple of people pointed this out, so… here goes.

They speak of the Nordics here. I’m not clear if they mean the Pleiadians or not.

We know that the Pleiadians have been visiting Earth for a very long time and warning us that we need to change our ways or face extinction. They have done much lately to help us neuter the dark and bring freedom to Humanity. They watch our backs, so to speak, at the very least.

There are many human contactees who have shared their experiences with Pleiadians. Our star brothers have for the most part taken a laissez-faire approach to Human affairs but lately have grown increasingly impatient with the slow progress of the removal of the Illuminati and occasionally take steps of their own on our behalf to move the situation along.

Was it the plan of the cabal to have their private armies via Jade Helm seek out the Pleiadians so they can’t come to the aid of Americans to overthrow the shadow government? I suppose that is a possibility. Perhaps we will get some confirmation on this.

Wow—the synchronicities in my life are unmistakeable these days. Just this very second, as I was listening to the closing words of Thomas Williams on Drake’s Cosmic Voice show from Wednesday, July 8th he said the final song was dedicated to the cabal and to the Pleiadians who thought they would interfere last weekend. (July 4-5).

The tune, incidentally, was “No Where to Run”… nowhere to hide, LOL. Much love to our star brothers and sisters, without whom we would not be here and anticipating this “giant leap for mankind”.

I guess what Thomas alluded to was the malfunction NASA’s New Horizons spacecraft experienced on July 4th when it suddenly switched to “safe mode” and ceased to transmit data back to Earth. Maybe that was Pleiadian fun and games.

Perhaps it is the Pleiadians they are speaking of in this article when they say, “Nordics”. I don’t know if the craft seen in over Texas belong to them or not.

Any craft entering our atmosphere I believe would be friendly. The Pleiadians and other Galactic races are preventing any negative ETs from engaging us as we fight to eliminate the dark cabal. Jade Helm-15 War Exercise Linked To Nordic Alien UFO’s Invading Texas

A startling new report circulating in the Kremlin prepared by the System of Forward-looking Military Research and Development (SFLMRD) for the Ministry of Defense (MoD) is stating today that the Jade Helm-15 war exercise involving thousands of US military special forces troops being conducted in the Western States of America is in reality a massive hunt for suspected “Nordic alien forces” whose craft have broken into our Earth’s atmosphere over El Paso, Texas, on 1 April and 29 June.

According to this report, SFLMRD experts were first notified on 2 April by the Space Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences (IKI) that their PLASMA-F instruments onboard the Spektr-R satellite had detected a massive “X-point” portal opening over El Paso, Texas where a number of alien space craft then appeared and were witnessed and videotaped by local residents.

Defendants entered in a multi-year conspiracy, meeting in groups separately and together, to commit fraud and terrorism, i.e., to brainwash the public into thinking a lone gunman drill known as the “Sandy Hook Massacre” was real, when in fact it was a staged FEMA National Level Exercise Event that redirected government resources to terrorize the public. These crimes were undertaken with the intent of subverting the US Constitution and to affect national, state and local laws. This fraud involved lying to the public, faking news, publishing one-sided news reports, censoring reality, suppressing facts, and deliberately skewing the news to shift public perceptions.

The true costs of this breach of integrity and trust to society are unfathomable. Instead of fulfilling their Constitutional Role as the People’s Surrogates and being honest brokers of information, the Plaintiff will show how the men and women who dominate the TV news industry in the United States broke laws, besmirched the First Amendment, their Constitutional role as government watchdogs, and forfeited the right to report the news, and thereby profit from news production and distribution. The sine qua non of journalism is the search for truth. Our Fourth Estate chose a different path. Punitive damages of one year’s annual revenue from each Defendant are being sought to establish a News Trust, that will free journalism and restore trust and integrity to our communications sources. The New York Times, the Associated Press, the Hartford Courant, and the Newtown Bee are being sued for 10 billion usd, punitive damages, in a separate Complaint.

Did the Jade Helm hoax give Obama the chance to “de-Swat” the police?

[ Editor’s Note: VT is on an “I told you so” roll with the Jade Helmsters — the gift that keeps on giving. Their scam to use the usual summer American staple of small domestic military-training road shows and to morph that into the “martial law kick off ball” is burning down around their ankles.

They are running out of fall back replacement scams, as each get shot down in turn. VT has long editorialized on the moral corruption of American police forces, under the Bush plan to make them all Special Operations wannabes.

Not only would the taxpayers have to foot the bill via deficit spending, but the public itself would end up being framed as a hostile force to substitute for the non-existence of huge terror or Islamic cells, one of the infamous rallying cries of the “trailer park Right.” The FBI forever stained itself by cranking up sting scam operations to justify their extra couple of billion a year in imaginary counter terrorism work. The Justice Dept. worked hand in glove with them for the same reason.

As Gordon describes below, the current move to “demilitarize” America’s police does not quite jive with the Helmsters wishes actually — and that the FEMA camps and Walmart mass execution centers are not right around the corner as claimed.

In an announcement that hit fear porn mongers and the GOP controlled blogosphere like a hammer, the White House announced strict standards on federal programs begun during the Bush administration. These programs not only armed police with tracked vehicles, high explosive grenade launchers and anti-aircraft guns but drones as well.

In a move restricting the capability of American police forces, the move is meant to bolster confidence in a nation victimized by highly organized propagandizing financed by the Koch/Adelson/Jones/Bronfman cartel.

Obama will highlight his new report during his visit to Camden, New Jersey, a city that has successfully overhauled its police and schools.

Obama’s report cites a failure by the federal government in reigning in police departments seeking military weaponry brought back from Iraq and Afghanistan. A cottage industry has flourished in overarming police departments, which in turn bleeds departments in order to equip and maintain useless hardware.

Police standards for recruiting, training and supervision have plummeted, due to this factor and others, since the economic collapse of 2008, the greatest financial disaster in American history.

International arms traders and greedy “revolving door” defense contracting firms with strong political ties to America’s right wing have lined up, backed by congressional insiders and corrupt state officials, pouring junk and dangerous hardware into the armed “blue gangs” that prowl America’s cities.

A carefully orchestrated barrage of race hate has flooded fringe media, GOP – Tea Party newsletters and the “tin foil hat” blogosphere. All carry the same material, crime statistics attacking African Americans, stories of “white victimization” and warnings about Jade Helm, a small army training program that will bring 1200 troops into Texas for the summer. Combined with existing forces in Texas, there will now be approximately 285,000 troops in Texas as opposed to 284,000.

The Department of Defense is the single largest employer in the state of Texas and has been for 73 years. From today’s Wall Street Journal:

The report that will be released Monday calls for a prohibition on federal programs providing certain types of equipment to law-enforcement agencies, citing a substantial risk of misuse. The list of prohibited gear includes tracked armored vehicles, weaponized aircraft, large-caliber firearms, grenade launchers and some camouflage uniforms.

Such equipment, which is seen as militaristic in nature, “could significantly undermine community trust and may encourage tactics and behaviors that are inconsistent with the premise of civilian law enforcement,” the report says.

More stringent controls for other types of equipment should be implemented, the report says. And law-enforcement agencies requesting certain gear will be required to seek the consent of local government and submit detailed justification explaining their need for equipment such as unmanned aerial vehicles and wheeled tactical vehicles.

Further Improvements Ordered

Obama’s report calls for increased use of body cameras along with services to police officers themselves, many of whom are exposed to job related stress, not only from community hostility but working for departments where corruption and incompetence has long ruled.

In a controversial move for pro-union Obama, changes to be implemented may well dissolve police unions, many of which have long been controlled by organized crime. This is what was done in Camden, shutting down a local police department and consolidating a county wide department with no union.

Why Right Was Silent on Police Extremism?

Right wing extremist bloggers and race baiters have been, in recent weeks, on the attack against the US military over imaginary threats of martial law. Curiously, however, militarized police departments that kill mostly veterans and African Americans have gotten a pass from such groups.

This is despite the fact that police departments are serving minor warrants with armored vehicles and swat teams, or as Jim W. Dean so often says, “You just can’t make this stuff up.”

With police in nearly every town in American using Israeli phone jammers and communications interception/spoofing equipment, all illegal even for police, why has there been a wall of silence?

Who is being paid? Is it the Israeli’s that make millions playing “divide and conquer?” A quote from Benjamin Netanyahu from a Defense Intelligence Agency recording during a 1990 investigation for espionage and trafficking in nuclear material.

Across the table from Netanyahu was an IAEA inspector, now a Veterans Today editor who verifies this as a true transcript:
