What Is Consciousness?

Physics generally ignores it. Medicine frowns upon it.
If people could actually change their emotions and thoughts using the principle of “mind over matter,” what would happen to the pharmaceutical drug business, psychiatrists, “therapists,” psychologists, and the like?
Most of them would be out of business quickly and only the best would survive, which means that only quality people who are effective at producing real, positive changes in people’s lives could carry on making a living doing change work.
I find it disturbing (and also ridiculous) that people can call themselves “experts” in matters relating to consciousness, when they can’t even give a decent, rational explanation of what consciousness is.
Here’s a little story:
I once saw a psychiatrist on television doing an interview. Actually, I’ve seen many psychiatrists on television over the years.
But this experience stands out in my mind, because this psychiatrist was asked two questions that I had always wanted to ask a psychiatrist:

She hadn’t been trained to.
There is a whole field of investigation out there and it is called consciousness research.
The researchers who are pursuing this endeavor are primarily interested in two things:
What is consciousness? What is it based on? Is it a chemical process, as most of the medical establishment want us to believe? Is it an energy? A combination?
How can we use consciousness and intention to affect ourselves and others? How can we improve ourselves, change ourselves for the better and improve our lives?
I’m going to give you a very brief outline of what consciousness research is, where it stands and what it means for us in our daily lives.
The Brain Is Not Consciousness
The general belief in the medical establishment is that the seat of consciousness is the brain and that the brain causes consciousness.
The fact of the matter is that there is no evidence supporting this dogma. There is evidence supporting a correlation between brain functioning and consiousness, but that’s obvious. However, there is no evidence that the brain is actually the seat or the cause of consciousness.
The key names to mention here are Karl Pribram and David Bohm.
Pribram is a professor emeritus of psychiatry and a board-certified neurosurgeon. Bohm is a physicist. The interesting thing about them is that independently, without knowing each other, their pursuit of truth led both of them to the same, strange conclusion: memories in the brain are not localized to specific parts of the brain; memories are not embedded in chemical processes, as most psychiatrists and members of the “scientific” establishment believe.
Memories are actually distributed throughout the brain in wave interference patterns. I’m not going to explain the details of their findings, because they are beyond the scope of this article.
They go on to postulate that the brain works like a holograph and that this reflects the nature of the universe itself.
The main thing to take away from this is that the brain works in ways that we can’t even imagine and that the “scientific” knowledge we have about our own consciousness is negligible.
Stanislav Grof And Transpersonal Psychology
Grof is a Czech psychiatrist and is one of the founders of a movement in psychology which is known as transpersonal psychology.
Taking into account all the findings of modern science, including the discoveries by Pribram and others, they concluded that there must be something more to consciousness than the simplistic, mechanistic model of psychology that most “experts” believe in.
Grof was involved in medical experiments in the former Czechoslovakia, in which LSD (which was then a legal pharmaceutical product) was used to help people overcome problems such as chronic alcoholism and schizophrenia. Their method was to use guided sessions which included music and support from Grof and his team . Their success rate was high.
Why? Perhaps because hallucinogenic substances take people out of their daily cognitive “reality,” which is often laden with past traumas, false beliefs and bad emotions and put them into a state where they can experiment with real change. I can’t pretend to know this, as I haven’t experienced it. If you’re interested in more information, I refer you to Grof’s books.
Nowadays, Grof and his wife attempt to reproduce those positive, healing results using breathing techniques and other natural methods.
Consciousness Cannot Be Pinned Down Or Defined Through Language Or Analysis
Taking a phenomenon that is so vast and so mysterious and reducing it down to a simple dogma such as the ridiculous id/ego/superego theory by Sigmund Freud, is a joke and an insult to humanity.
I believe that consciousness is something that can only be glimpsed at through experience and not from getting a university degree and filling one’s head with theories.
Consciousness contains multifaceted thoughts, images, sounds, sensations, emotions and beliefs. It is so complex and yet so simple at the same time!
It is more like a flowchart in suspension. It could go in any direction, depending on the external input and it’s own intention. Consciousness is not a determistic, Darwinian automatic process that is out of our control.
Why? Because consciousness involves self-referral.
We are aware of our own consciousness and of its contents. The thoughts, emotions and sensations it contains. Internally, we see the images of our thoughts and we feel our joy and anxiety. We can respond to them.
This is the key lesson that I’ve gotten from studying consciousness research:
That we can shape our own destiny.
No matter what the official “experts” tell us.
It is possible. We can change ourselves. We can even change the darkest aspects of our lives. Perhaps it is not easy.
But consciousness research clearly shows that it is within us all to make real, positive changes in our thoughts, in our emotions, in our health and in our lives and those of others.

The Awakening Nears Critical Mass

Being aware of not just the information but the vibrational changes is a huge advantage.
The insiders on their side know about this too. Most of the stooges you see in the news don’t. They’re just hired thugs. We know it’s working not just by observing information and events, but by intuitive conscious awareness and the thrilling crescendo of awakened lives we’re seeing and hearing from everyday.
Their ranks know something’s happening because it’s impacting their plans and putting them on the defensive. Imagine someone trying to make a wave pattern in one end of a swimming pool trying to push all the floating items in a certain direction with hardly any resistance.
Then in jumps person after person in the other end and they start playing and splashing around.
You think Mr. Wavepattern Controller will feel the effects on his little baubles of lies and deceit he’s been busy floating out there? Oh yes he will, and he won’t be too happy about all these unpredictable waves swishing around the pool now, would he be?
Cosmically it’s much more profound than that, but you get the idea.

Think about some of the powerful revelations and clear awarenesses coming to light.
The cosmic ground has been seeded and it’s springing into life everywhere!
We’ve raised awareness of multiple false flag scenarios from micro nukes to virus seeding to staged so-called “lone gunman” rampages like this latest child butchering. They make them more and more horrific to push the unconscious public over the edge, as in the 9/11 mega ritual.

It appears they’re scrambling to get into place and that’s what tells me it won’t be long. Be it a false flag to start the next big war, or a serious domestic attack on a U.S. city to ram the U.S. and the rest of the world into the next level of Orwellian military control, they’re licking their chops to pull the trigger on something.
Be prepared, it will temporarily quash internet freedom, freedom of movement, and unleash a whole array of weapons against the citizenry of the U.S. and elsewhere that will make heads spin if and when something of that scale happens.
So do be prepared, but not afraid. It’s just being realistic.

In fact they live in constant fear.
You think the hierarchy they exercise to control us is bad, imagine the hellions they report to! And they turn on each other in a flash if it serves their purposes. Nasty bunch. And it manifests in this need to exercise control over and abuse those under their imposed dominion.
But a major concern for these freaks is that the wake up is getting out of hand and potentially screwing up their world takeover plans. It’s not the climate they need. They need drugged up, dumbed down and freaked out masses who are easy to intimidate and control.
So be on your toes, but don’t be afraid.
The awakening will only spread faster!
Whatever the planned disturbance, vast swaths of ignorant, freaked out “sleeple” will fall for it and beg for whatever it takes, even martial law, to “protect” them”. That’s why I think there’s going to be something that “hits home” to pull this off, sorry to say.
But it will only add fuel to the cosmic shift, in spite of anything they do.

Magnetism and Plasmatronics Will Change Everything We Know About Health and Our Universe

The developed world has dwelled on primitive technologies for far too long. Whether it be conventional aircrafts, primitive vehicles with combustible engines, or treatment systems that are worse for our health than the diseases they attempt to cure, there is no end to the stagnant lack of advanced technology available to humanity. All that is about change in less than a decade. Think about traveling at 40 times the speed of sound or being able to eradicate any disease even before it is ever created. Science will soon be unlearned and the new science will take over the planet. This incredible emerging technology is coming our way soon, and this time the people of the world will know it is here to stay.
The very first thing world powers do when their control systems are threatened (and they can’t elimate the idea) is they create a misinformation system to make people believe that powerful new emerging technologies are a hoax. That is fine as this is the game they play and we have all accepted that for decades. However, that time is now coming to an end, and the true hoaxers are now losing the game.
Scientists have long yearned to understand the secret intelligence of creation and the mechanisms behind the maintenance of energy, gravity and motion that has been achieved in the universe. Thanks to new insights into these mechanisms and to new methods and technologies that mirror them, researchers have now found that a vast amount of energy and gravitational force can be generated within the core of a manmade reactor.
The technology developed by The Keshe Foundation is a totally integrated system capable of creating energy and gravity in its core. Within this system energy is produced by the same means that govern the natural dynamics of Earth, using geomagnetic forces and principles to create energy, dynamic magnetic fields and gravity.
2002, Mehran Tavakoli Keshe he has concentrated on completing the full range of his technology for launching into the scientific world and industry. In September 2004 he was invited by a leading western country, through its government office organizations, to present his technology for evaluation. In March 2005, the report from the university declared that energy production through this new technology is feasible.
Since the beginning of 2006 several prototypes of dynamic plasma reactors specifically designed to achieve lift and motion have been built and successfully tested.
The use of plasma reactors for health purposes has been tested, in cooperation with doctors, and some of the results achieved in these trials can be seen in the Health section of the Keshe Foundation website.
What Kesche has essentially proved is that it is possible to achieve lift by using gravitational positioning and without the use of fuel. Thus by utilizing the basic forces of nature, man will be able to construct new systems for flight in space, free of manmade fuels and the shackles of Earth’s gravity.
At present our technology is being fully developed for hundreds of applications. These new developments are the tip of the iceberg of new opportunities generated by this new technology. Our development and design work on these reactors has led to many new discoveries in the past months, and there are many more to be made.
Ultimate Jamming
The space defense technology developed by the Keshe Foundation using magnetic and gravitational force fields (Magravs) has proved to be the best method for blocking magnetic field communication systems at any frequency.
The system is capable of jamming all communication lines and when used correctly can directly block all communication in a large area even from a distance.
This means that with a minimum effort all satellite communications can be blocked.
When this system is used effectively by forces that are active in a certain area, the opposite side cannot send information to its destined receiver.
Barack Obama recently censorsed Keshe technology, proving their concern about how advanced the technology is and in reality the US does not have any system that can overcome such a powerful technology, and by means of the decree they are trying to outlaw new technologies so that they have an excuse to label organizations like the Keshe Foundation as a rogue organization.
Rethinking Science
The world of science and industry has been searching for ever for an efficient means to produce motion. The reality is that a method for delivering this at negligible cost has existed all along, and man only had to look within his own planet to find the answer.
It is important to keep in mind that all large objects in space are made up of combinations of fundamental elements on the atomic and molecular level, and that between these elements various processes of building and decay are happening continuously.
The strength of the magnetic field and gravity of planets depends more on the composition of the material(s) and the speed of motion in the central core of the planet than on the size, heat or any other factors in the structure of the planet or star.
To have a comprehensive gravitational system, universal laws of physics have to be followed to the letter in the design of any workable apparatus or reactor if it is to achieve the creation of heat, magnetic force fields and gravity. However, magnetism and gravity can be created at all temperatures.
It is a long-standing misconception in science that high temperature and high pressure are needed to bring about basic interactions between the elements of the periodic table.
Let us remember:
Planets do not have wings, but they have been flying round in their orbits for millions of years.
Planets do not have engine rooms or jet engines fixed to them, but they create energy and are in motion in several dimensions at the same time.
Planets do not have exhaust pipes, but they burn fuel and create heat, some internally and some externally like stars.
Planets do not have any defense headquarters, but they protect their inhabitants with a magnetic shield called the atmosphere.
Planets do not have valves and gaskets in their cores, but they bring together the material they need to maintain their existence through natural laws.
Planets do not need to hold on to their matter and their inhabitants by attaching them or keeping them underground, but they create gravitational forces that are weak enough for them to be free to move, yet at the same time strong enough to hold on to them.
Planets and stars, using the natural laws of physics and materials, do all of these things, all at once and together, without separate machinery and control rooms and fuels. They do this as one fully integrated system.
Thus for the first time in the world of technology and research, we have designed and tested a new system that functions according to the fundamental principles of nature, and demonstrates how all these effects can be very simply attained, all at the same time, and in a natural universal manner in one system.
Rethinking Health
In 2006, through the progress of different aspects of Keshe’s technology, a new dimension was added by using plasma reactors for medical applications. Initially simple single core reactors and then multiple core models were developed and tested.
The first test results were encouraging in helping simple conditions, such as migraine relief, energy boosting, and so on. Following successful trials, in January 2007 full-scale testing was initiated and the results have been more than encouraging.
Subsequently a number of plasma reactor prototypes have been designed and developed for medical use, a specific prototype for each illness. These reactors are based on the specific magnetic field configuration of the organ(s) to be treated using plasma concepts.
Similarly we consider any living body to be a complex dynamic SEPMAF’s (Specific Entangled Plasmatic Magnetic Fields) system, and we treat it as such. Each organ of the body (stomach, kidneys, liver, lungs, brain, etc.), the circulation/vessel systems (gastro-vascular, lymph, nerve), glands, bones, muscles and all their contents (blood, single cells, DNA, RNA, genes, etc.) are also considered and treated as SEPMAF’s. In our view an illness or chronic sickness is related to imbalances in the body’s SEPMAF’s.
Using The Plasma Reactors
As described by Kesche:
(1) The plasma reactor imparts specific electromagnetic frequencies to a quantity of water, which are transferred to the patient’s body when they drink it. Since we can configure the materials inside the reactor we can “tune” the electromagnetic radiation at preferred wavelengths depending on the state of the body, which itself is composed of more than 65% of water.
(2) Similarly we use the reactor to add specific electromagnetic frequencies to air in a container that holds a variable amount of water vapor as well as other elements. The patient inhales this at regular intervals.
When the new SEPMAF’s of the treated air and water are introduced into the body, through their dynamic nature they interact with the body’s less charged SEPMAF’s and deliver energies to feed them, replacing losses such as heat and supplying other needs.
(3) A plasma reactor with its magnetic fields specially tuned according to the state of the patient is placed close to certain points on their body.
By processing the patient’s intake (beverages and food) and/or by placing the specially tuned reactors close to the body, it is possible to alter the body’s energy levels, activate internal processes, add, reduce or influence specific SEPMAF’s and bring about other processes in the organs and cells. Using The Plasma Reactors
As described by Kesche:
(1) The plasma reactor imparts specific electromagnetic frequencies to a quantity of water, which are transferred to the patient’s body when they drink it. Since we can configure the materials inside the reactor we can “tune” the electromagnetic radiation at preferred wavelengths depending on the state of the body, which itself is composed of more than 65% of water.
(2) Similarly we use the reactor to add specific electromagnetic frequencies to air in a container that holds a variable amount of water vapor as well as other elements. The patient inhales this at regular intervals.

What is our headline for today? Our headline is the Fiscal Cliff - The fiscal cliff is the logical result of the Rothschild owned private U.S. Central bank known as the Federal Reserve System. The Federal Reserve is a private central bank designed to provide debt based currency to the United States of America and create a perpetual public debt and fiscal cliff for the U.S.A. The banks that own the Federal Reserve system are beneficially owned by the Rothschild-led City of London bloodline bankers according to a 1976 U.S. Senate committee report.
Okay. This is dominating the mainstream news, but you're going to learn what the mainstream news is designed to hide.
The Fiscal Cliff
First of all, what is the 'fiscal cliff'? The fiscal cliff is the popular shorthand used to describe austerity budget cuts and tax hikes that the U.S. government will face at the end of 2012 when the terms of the Budget Control Act of 2011 are scheduled to go into effect. The fiscal cliff comes about because the U.S. government needs to borrow and pay interest on debt based currency created by the Federal Reserve - a private central bank, rather than create its own currency as the U.S. Constitution designed.
Let me repeat that. The [fiscal] cliff comes about because the U.S. government needs to borrow and pay interest on debt based currency created by the Federal Reserve, rather than create its own currency as the U.S. constitution designed.
Now, if there's no compromise around the fiscal cliff, economists say that there will be a recession; some of the estimates are that domestic gross product in the U.S. may be cut by four percentage points in 2013; and unemployment would rise by a full percentage point with a loss of two million jobs.
This would be followed by a debt ceiling crisis, again forced, by the U.S. government needing to borrow and pay interest on debt based currency from the Federal Reserve System, rather than create its own currency as the U.S. Constitution designed.
So from the fiscal cliff crisis into the debt-ceiling crisis in early February 2013… All of these are just structural crisis' set up by the Federal Reserve which is a Privatized Central Bank set up through legislative fraud a hundred years ago in 1913.
U.S. Constitution
What the U.S. Constitution provides under Article 1 Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution, [is that] the U.S. Congress has the power “to coin money and regulate the value thereof” It has the power to create its own currency. It doesn't need to create a private central bank to create Federal Reserve notes (that is notes of that private bank [the Federal Reserve]) and then to lend these [Federal Reserve Notes] to the U.S. government at interest.
Thus, the U.S. government can create its own currency and has done so as in the case of President John F. Kennedy, who issued U.S. Treasury currency notes until his assassination, some say by the controllers of the Federal Reserve Bank.
The currency issued by the United States government is not debt-based currency. It would not add to the public debt of the U.S.A., hence, to any fiscal cliff. With a U.S. government issued currency, the wealth of the society would be spent on the welfare of the society, rather than on debt interest payment paid to the owners of the Federal Reserve Bank for the sole task of creating money out of a monopoly granted to it through legislative fraud by the U.S. government, and charging interest to the U.S. government.
The Federal Reserve
Who controls the Federal Reserve? A chart published by a U.S. senate subcommittee in 1976 (which is republished in an article - go to Exopolitics.com in the description notes of this THE NEWS Live broadcast) reveals the linear connection between the Rothschild bloodline banking interest, the Bank of England, and the London banking houses which control the Federal Reserve Bank through their stockholdings of bank stocks and their subsidiary firms in New York.
Two principal Rothschild representatives in New York, J.P. Morgan Company and Kuhn Loeb & Company were the firms that set up the Jekyll Island Conference. This was in 1910 and 1913 at which the Federal Act was drafted.
J.P. Morgan was a North American agent for the Rothschilds along with the Rockefellers who directed the successful campaign to have the plan [Federal Reserve Act] enacted into law by the congress; and then purchased controlling amounts of the stock of the Federal Reserve Bank in 1914. These firms had their principal officers appointed to the
Federal Reserve Board of Governors and the Federal Advisers Council in 1914.
In 1914, a few families - blood or business related (these families who were at Jekyll Island represented about a quarter of the wealth in the world, incidentally) caused these banks to purchase controlling interest in the Federal Reserve regional banks. Examinations of the charts and text in the House Banking Staff report of August 1917, and the current stockholders list of the twelve regional Federal Reserve Banks, show that same family control [today].

Federal Reserve audit
We have now had the first audit of the Federal Reserve Bank. What we found in the first audit was that sixteen trillion dollars - $16,000,000,000,000.00, had been secretly given out to U.S. Banks, corporations and foreign banks everywhere from France to Scotland during the period December, 2007, and June, 2010, by the Federal Reserve. And the Federal Reserve is supposed to be the central bank of the U.S. government? And it secretly (without reporting to the U.S. government) gave sixteen trillion dollars to U.S. banks and foreign banks from France to Scotland.
To place this in perspective, the gross domestic product of the United States is only 14 trillion dollars. That [16 trillion the Federal Reserve distributed] is more than the annual gross domestic product of the United States. And, the entire national debt of the United States spanning its 200 plus year history is 16.3 trillion dollars. So they gave away as much as the United States has engaged in debt in two hundred years in this three-year period, [December, 2007, to June, 2010] secretly.
Basically, the Rockefeller family and these bloodline families of the City of London are using the U.S. Federal Reserve as a Giant Secret Slush Fund.
We can go through the institutions: Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, Bank of America, Barclays, Bear Sterns, Goldman Sachs, Royal Bank of Scotland. J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank (which has now been shut down partially), UBS (Switzerland). Credit Suisse, Lehman Brothers, Bank of Scotland, BNP Paribas (France) and many, many more.

The Creature from Jekyll Island
This is what a scholar, Edward Griffin, says in a lecture on the creation of Jekyll Island [from his book THE CREATURE FROM JEKYLL ISLAND]: “I came to the conclusion that the Federal Reserve needed to be abolished for 7 reasons. I'd like to read them to you now just so you get an idea of where I'm coming from as they say. I put these into the most concise phrasing so that I can make them somewhat shocking and maybe you'll remember them.
The Federal Reserve in incapable of accomplishing its stated objective.
It is a cartel operating against the public interest.
It is a supreme instrument of usury.
It generates our most unfair tax.
It encourages war. (Since the establishment of the Federal Reserve in 1913, we've had World War I, World War II, many, many regional wars up to 150. And now the powers behind the Federal Reserve are trying to get WW III started.)

It is an instrument of Totalitarianism, otherwise known as the New World Order.”
7 STEPS TO TRANSFORM THE GLOBAL ECONOMY
Now, 7 Steps to Transform the Global Economy, so that rather than these kabuki negotiations between two politicians - the Speaker of the House of the U.S. and the President the United States - both of whom are creatures of the banks. (If you go and look at the funding behind the GOP [Republican] and the funding behind the [Democrat] Obama administration, [the funding for both parties] mostly comes from Wall St. And what got him [Obama] started was the City of London funding.)
Rather than this kabuki negotiation between these two politicians controlled by the banks around the fiscal cliffs, I suggest the following 7 steps to really deal with this crisis and this is THE NEWS that the mainstream news is designed to hide.
The long-term solution to the global financial crisis is to transform money into a public utility, away from being a debt based security (that is an instrument of your debt).
As soon as somebody hands you a dollar bill, its debt. As soon as the Federal Reserve hands a dollar bill to the U.S. Treasury, it's debt. In that way, the way that money is a public utility in the way that water and electricity are public utilities – they're necessary for life - that's all. All [we need] is just 'exchange' money; money to get new businesses started and to guarantee each individual unfettered access to free capital to start and build their own enterprises and creativity.
In the interim, as we're building toward money as a public utility as water and electricity, (Here in Vancouver, BC we have some of the best water from our taps on the planet as measured by Dr. [Masaru] Emoto. I've seen it, his crystals by Dr. Emoto) the water can be free.
In the interim, there are 7 steps to immediately transform the global financial crisis, which in reality, is a false flag depopulation operation upon the world population by a network of banking institutions lead by the City of London bloodline bankers. I call them an international war crimes racketeering organization that can be attacked through the Racketeering Laws.
STEP 1: Step number one of these seven steps, ABOLISH THE FEDERAL RESERVE BANK.
There are bills for this. A former Representative, Rob Paul, proposed a Federal Reserve Board Abolition Act. There are many ways to do it. As soon as the profit is taken out of controlling U.S. dollars, as a [federal] reserve Currency, the Rothschilds-City of London interests will move out of this arena. They are like a parasite on the back of humanity.
STEP 2: Step two, CREATE A U.S. CENTRAL BANK AS A PUBLIC UTILITY.
In the interim, while the U.S. Central Bank is being created, (that is a publicly controlled U.S. Bank), the U.S. Treasury can issue U.S. silver-backed Treasury Notes, not necessarily 'silver backed'. They can issue Treasury Notes under the authority of the executive order signed by President John F. Kennedy shortly before his assassination on November 22, 1963. And, there you go!
STEP 3: Step number three, END THE POWER OF PRIVATE BANKS, CREDIT COMPANIES AND THE CREATION OF DEBT MONEY, AND FRACTIONAL RESERVE LENDING.
The solution to the banking crisis of the 1930's was to break control of the banks and creating money as debt. As long as banks have a monopoly on the creation of money as debt, this problem will persist because banks will insist on creating money as debt; which they do through fractional reserve lending to enslave us.
Some publicly controlled institution other than banks has to be created to create money.
STEP 4: And that leads to step four, THE U.S. CENTRAL BANK AS A PUBLIC UTILITY PROVIDING PUBLIC MONEY, CREDIT, AND BANKING FOR THE POPULATION.
Money as a public utility enables persons to start businesses etcetera. That's what the Central Government provides for. It provides for currency and the rest of us, then, [are] out here using our creativity work with [money provisions] as we're working our planet, eventually long term, many life-bearing planets don't use money…
STEP 5: Step five, THE U.S. GOVERNMENT DEFAULTS ON ALL OF ITS DEBT OBLIGATIONS BROUGHT ABOUT BY THE POLICIES OF THE FEDERAL RESERVE BANK.
[The Federal Reserve Bank] was brought onto the Unites States by legislative fraud of the City of London banking interests and maintained as such.

This was [a quote] three years after the 1913 signing the Federal Reserve Act by President Woodrow Wilson. That could be said today on December 14, 2012. We're looking at the cycle that was predicted a hundred years ago and is being acted out today in the 'fiscal cliff'. And we have just recited the solution to this in these seven steps.
Origin of the Federal Reserve
To give you some background in the remaining minutes of this broadcast, let's look at how the Federal Reserve actually came about so you can see that the legislative fraud that [was used to create the Federal Reserve bank] continues. The Federal Reserve actually came about through the manipulated 'bank panic of 1907' which was a conspiracy of the Rothschilds bloodline bankers.
Rothschilds actually sent agents to the U.S. to set up and manipulate a bank panic in 1907 that would lead to, 'oh we need a central bank'. And then, rather than create a proper central bank under Article 1 Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution and the Federal Reserve clauses in the constitution dealing with the congressional power to create money, they maneuvered and created this Frankenstein – a FrankenBank - the U.S. Federal Reserve.
The entire debt of the U.S. government was the result of fraud and must not be paid.
Here is an analysis by the Vice Chancellor of the University of the Punjab, Dr. Mujahid Kamran, addressing the twelve richest men of Germany, Mayer Armschel Rothschild (then the head of the Rothschilds interests) where he [stated] “Panics and financial depressions would ultimately result in world government - a new order of one world government.” This is kind of the impetus behind the One World Government that we’re struggling with now in multiple aspects.

They traveled in a private railroad car undercover of darkness.
Jekyll Island was closed to everyone for two weeks. The servants who worked in the mansion [where they retreated] were sent on leave and new hands were hired. Only first names were used so the attendants would not know who these men really were.
Draft after draft was prepared by Warburg and this became the Aldrich Bill. The promoters of this bill had planned to work until 1913. [However, they met early opposition when] Harper's Magazine had written in 1910 “Mr. Aldrich sums up in his personality the greatest and most sinister menace to the popular welfare of the United States.”
The group, then, secretly financed all three contenders for the election of the presidency,
(William Howard Taft, Woodrow Wilson, and Teddy Roosevelt). The latter was given immense coverage – they really promoted Teddy Roosevelt. They cut into Taft's vote so that Woodrow Wilson would be elected. Woodrow Wilson was their puppet.
On Friday, December 19, [1913] a first bill was passed in the Senate [the Glass Bill, which was expediently revised] and on December 22,[1913] a bill was finally passed in the senate when the opponents had already gone back on Christmas leave.
Even then, President Wilson was hesitant to sign this because he knew that it was a capitulation of the sovereign power under the constitution. [It was] a capitulation to the most horrible interests of the bloodline families of the City of London, and placing the sole monopoly of the creation of the currency under their power.
However, Bernard Baruch, (a financier under the control of these bloodline families) visited Woodrow Wilson. Bernard Baruch had been a financier of Wilson's campaign and Wilson caved. What is our headline for today? Our headline is the Fiscal Cliff - The fiscal cliff is the logical result of the Rothschild owned private U.S. Central bank known as the Federal Reserve System. The Federal Reserve is a private central bank designed to provide debt based currency to the United States of America and create a perpetual public debt and fiscal cliff for the U.S.A. The banks that own the Federal Reserve system are beneficially owned by the Rothschild-led City of London bloodline bankers according to a 1976 U.S. Senate committee report.
Okay. This is dominating the mainstream news, but you're going to learn what the mainstream news is designed to hide.
The Fiscal Cliff
First of all, what is the 'fiscal cliff'? The fiscal cliff is the popular shorthand used to describe austerity budget cuts and tax hikes that the U.S. government will face at the end of 2012 when the terms of the Budget Control Act of 2011 are scheduled to go into effect. The fiscal cliff comes about because the U.S. government needs to borrow and pay interest on debt based currency created by the Federal Reserve - a private central bank, rather than create its own currency as the U.S. Constitution designed.
Let me repeat that. The [fiscal] cliff comes about because the U.S. government needs to borrow and pay interest on debt based currency created by the Federal Reserve, rather than create its own currency as the U.S. constitution designed.
Now, if there's no compromise around the fiscal cliff, economists say that there will be a recession; some of the estimates are that domestic gross product in the U.S. may be cut by four percentage points in 2013; and unemployment would rise by a full percentage point with a loss of two million jobs.
This would be followed by a debt ceiling crisis, again forced, by the U.S. government needing to borrow and pay interest on debt based currency from the Federal Reserve System, rather than create its own currency as the U.S. Constitution designed.
So from the fiscal cliff crisis into the debt-ceiling crisis in early February 2013… All of these are just structural crisis' set up by the Federal Reserve which is a Privatized Central Bank set up through legislative fraud a hundred years ago in 1913.
U.S. Constitution
What the U.S. Constitution provides under Article 1 Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution, [is that] the U.S. Congress has the power “to coin money and regulate the value thereof” It has the power to create its own currency. It doesn't need to create a private central bank to create Federal Reserve notes (that is notes of that private bank [the Federal Reserve]) and then to lend these [Federal Reserve Notes] to the U.S. government at interest.
Thus, the U.S. government can create its own currency and has done so as in the case of President John F. Kennedy, who issued U.S. Treasury currency notes until his assassination, some say by the controllers of the Federal Reserve Bank.
The currency issued by the United States government is not debt-based currency. It would not add to the public debt of the U.S.A., hence, to any fiscal cliff. With a U.S. government issued currency, the wealth of the society would be spent on the welfare of the society, rather than on debt interest payment paid to the owners of the Federal Reserve Bank for the sole task of creating money out of a monopoly granted to it through legislative fraud by the U.S. government, and charging interest to the U.S. government.
The Federal Reserve
Who controls the Federal Reserve? A chart published by a U.S. senate subcommittee in 1976 (which is republished in an article - go to Exopolitics.com in the description notes of this THE NEWS Live broadcast) reveals the linear connection between the Rothschild bloodline banking interest, the Bank of England, and the London banking houses which control the Federal Reserve Bank through their stockholdings of bank stocks and their subsidiary firms in New York.
Two principal Rothschild representatives in New York, J.P. Morgan Company and Kuhn Loeb & Company were the firms that set up the Jekyll Island Conference. This was in 1910 and 1913 at which the Federal Act was drafted.
J.P. Morgan was a North American agent for the Rothschilds along with the Rockefellers who directed the successful campaign to have the plan [Federal Reserve Act] enacted into law by the congress; and then purchased controlling amounts of the stock of the Federal Reserve Bank in 1914. These firms had their principal officers appointed to the
Federal Reserve Board of Governors and the Federal Advisers Council in 1914.
In 1914, a few families - blood or business related (these families who were at Jekyll Island represented about a quarter of the wealth in the world, incidentally) caused these banks to purchase controlling interest in the Federal Reserve regional banks. Examinations of the charts and text in the House Banking Staff report of August 1917, and the current stockholders list of the twelve regional Federal Reserve Banks, show that same family control [today].

We have now had the first audit of the Federal Reserve Bank. What we found in the first audit was that sixteen trillion dollars - $16,000,000,000,000.00, had been secretly given out to U.S. Banks, corporations and foreign banks everywhere from France to Scotland during the period December, 2007, and June, 2010, by the Federal Reserve. And the Federal Reserve is supposed to be the central bank of the U.S. government? And it secretly (without reporting to the U.S. government) gave sixteen trillion dollars to U.S. banks and foreign banks from France to Scotland.
To place this in perspective, the gross domestic product of the United States is only 14 trillion dollars. That [16 trillion the Federal Reserve distributed] is more than the annual gross domestic product of the United States. And, the entire national debt of the United States spanning its 200 plus year history is 16.3 trillion dollars. So they gave away as much as the United States has engaged in debt in two hundred years in this three-year period, [December, 2007, to June, 2010] secretly.
Basically, the Rockefeller family and these bloodline families of the City of London are using the U.S. Federal Reserve as a Giant Secret Slush Fund.
We can go through the institutions: Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, Bank of America, Barclays, Bear Sterns, Goldman Sachs, Royal Bank of Scotland. J.P. 7 STEPS TO TRANSFORM THE GLOBAL ECONOMY
Now, 7 Steps to Transform the Global Economy, so that rather than these kabuki negotiations between two politicians - the Speaker of the House of the U.S. and the President the United States - both of whom are creatures of the banks. (If you go and look at the funding behind the GOP [Republican] and the funding behind the [Democrat] Obama administration, [the funding for both parties] mostly comes from Wall St. And what got him [Obama] started was the City of London funding.)
Rather than this kabuki negotiation between these two politicians controlled by the banks around the fiscal cliffs, I suggest the following 7 steps to really deal with this crisis and this is THE NEWS that the mainstream news is designed to hide.
The long-term solution to the global financial crisis is to transform money into a public utility, away from being a debt based security (that is an instrument of your debt).
As soon as somebody hands you a dollar bill, its debt. As soon as the Federal Reserve hands a dollar bill to the U.S. Treasury, it's debt. In that way, the way that money is a public utility in the way that water and electricity are public utilities – they're necessary for life - that's all. All [we need] is just 'exchange' money; money to get new businesses started and to guarantee each individual unfettered access to free capital to start and build their own enterprises and creativity.
In the interim, as we're building toward money as a public utility as water and electricity, (Here in Vancouver, BC we have some of the best water from our taps on the planet as measured by Dr. [Masaru] Emoto. I've seen it, his crystals by Dr. Emoto) the water can be free.
In the interim, there are 7 steps to immediately transform the global financial crisis, which in reality, is a false flag depopulation operation upon the world population by a network of banking institutions lead by the City of London bloodline bankers. The Federal Reserve is a fraudulently granted monopoly to a private central bank controlled by the Rothschild family which has been given the monopoly to create money that was really granted in Article 1 Section 8 to the U.S. Congress. In the process, the wealth of the United States, a great portion of it, is paid over in interest to these bankers and to other creditors. And so the public debt becomes structural; the fiscal cliff becomes structural; and war becomes structural - World War I, World War II, and the Federal Reserve is now trying for World War III.

Presidential Memo on Insider Threats - Why Now?

On the day before Thanksgiving with little or no media attention, President Obama wrote a memorandum, which is an unofficial directive, to the “heads of executive departments and agencies” that addresses “insider threats.”
While the corporate media has largely ignored this memo, there has recently been much speculation in alternative media as to why Obama felt the need to address insider threats at this time.
The subject heading of the memo is “National Insider Threat Policy and Minimum Standards for Executive Branch Insider Threat Programs.”

It is short enough to reprint in its entirety:
This Presidential Memorandum transmits the National Insider Threat Policy and Minimum Standards for Executive Branch (Minimum Standards) to provide direction and guidance to promote the development of effective insider threat programs within departments and agencies to deter, detect, and mitigate actions by employees who may represent a threat to national security.
These threats encompass potential espionage, violent acts against the Government or the Nation, and unauthorized disclosure of classified information, including the vast amounts of classified data available on interconnected United States Government computer networks and systems.
The Minimum Standards provide departments and agencies with the minimum elements necessary to establish effective insider threat programs.
These elements include the capability to gather, integrate, and centrally analyze and respond to key threat-related information; monitor employee use of classified networks; provide the workforce with insider threat awareness training; and protect the civil liberties and privacy of all personnel.
The resulting insider threat capabilities will strengthen the protection of classified information across the executive branch and reinforce our defenses against both adversaries and insiders who misuse their access and endanger our national security.
Much of the speculation regarding this memo is a result of the brevity and ambiguous wording.
For example, what exactly defines an “insider threat” and why are “violent acts against the Government or the Nation” mentioned? Recent events raise even more questions.
After a closer look at some of the theories regarding why Obama felt the need to write this now, readers can draw their own conclusions.
Stifling whistleblowers
This memo obviously urges an expansion of powers granted to the Insider Threat Task Force that was created by an executive order in October 2011, ten months after Army Private Bradley Manning retrieved roughly 250,000 diplomatic cables from a government computer and turned them over to Wikileaks.
Bradley Manning is facing hearings this week that could lead to him being imprisoned for life, after already being imprisoned in solitary confinement since May 2010.
If that is not enough of a deterrent for whistleblowers in the military, what is?
Jesselyn Radack, writing for the DailyKOS, correctly points out that this memo,
“serves to reinforce the Obama administration's woeful confusion of whistleblowing with espionage [and]… is completely redundant as agencies already have internal policies on classified information and secrecy agreements.”
Radack continues to advance the theory that the memo is meant to stifle whistleblowers like Bradley Manning, Thomas Drake and John Kiriakou.
Yet she once again correctly notes that,
“the memo equates disclosure of classified information with ‘violent acts against the government’ and ‘espionage,’ a certainly inapt and chilling comparison considering that… an employee taking violent acts to overthrow the government or conducting espionage… is a rare occurrence whereas classified information appears on the front pages of national newspapers daily.”
In fact, the New York Times pointed out last year that anywhere from 50 percent to 90 percent of classified documents could safely be made public.
Kevin Gosztola, who has been following the Bradley Manning case, appeared on RT with a similar assessment (see above video):
“During the clip, I point out the policy is extraneous as it is already official policy for national security agency employees to not release classified information without proper authorization. This adds another layer of procedures meant to chill speech and whistleblowing.”
Gosztala takes it one step further when he writes,
“it is an indication that the Obama administration, which prosecuted more whistleblowers or leakers in the past four years under the Espionage Act than any other previous administration, has a disposition against the free flow of information.”
It is quite possible that Obama wrote the memo with Manning’s case and other whistleblowers in mind, yet many speculate that there is much more to it.
Obviously, none of these whistleblowers were plotting violent acts against the nation and it is a safe assumption that a President who is an ex-constitutional law professor can make a distinction between whistleblowing, espionage and violent acts against the nation.
Expansion of executive powers
Beginning with the Bush administration, there has been a rapid expansion of executive powers in government and the Obama administration has continued that trend with unprecedented bills such as the National Defense Authorization Act (S.1867) and the Federal Restricted Building and Grounds Improvement Act (HR 347).
It is a legitimate concern that the insider threat memo is a directive authorizing a further expansion of executive powers.
David Hagmann, writing for the Canada Free Press, makes some good points when he interprets Obama’s memo in a broader perspective. Like others, he points out the ambiguity in the wording and acknowledges that it could just be geared at stopping leaks.
Hagmann, however, takes note of a key word in the memo.
The word is “centrally,” and when it is considered in the context of Obama’s agenda seen being implemented over the last four years, it is chilling:
The key to understanding this memorandum is to understand that we are witnessing the greatest consolidation of power and control under the Executive branch of the government in recent U.S. history.
This process creates a closed system of surveillance that cannot be easily penetrated by other branches of… government.
Accordingly, it becomes a self-policing network that has the ability to silence critics and individuals opposing a particular agenda or activity, even if such dissent is lawful… it gives Barack Hussein Obama the ability to redefine what constitutes a threat to the government, including treason. It is he, not laws enacted by congress or the workings of the judicial branch, who will now determine who and what constitutes an ‘insider threat.’
It is the very essence of ‘Big Brother’ within the government itself. Everyone needs to wake up and understand exactly what’s happening not only in the U.S., but across the world.
We are witnessing the consolidation of power that historically precedes a war for absolute control.
Hagmann’s analysis encompasses the stifling of whistleblowers and takes it a step further to the stifling of any dissent within government agencies.
Like Gosztala and Radack, he acknowledges the ambiguity in the wording. Unlike both, however, he fails to mention that the mechanisms for stifling whistleblowers and any form of dissent were already in place before this memo was written.
So, the question still remains, why would Obama feel the need to write this memo now?
Real insider threats
The words “violent acts against the government or the nation” have rang the alarm bells of several writers who have covered this memo.
Most seem to think they are out of context with the insider threats vaguely described in the memo. But that may not be the case. President Obama may be beginning to feel threatened by not only people within his administration, but also by people in this country (the U.S.).
One context to put that into is that President Obama has received more death threats than any President in U.S. history.
At least two blogs have referenced Secret Service sources that say death threats to the President have increased by over 400 percent since Obama took office in 2008 and amount to about 30 per day.
That's 43,830 death threats for his first four years alone. Of course, that is impossible to verify because the media and not even the President is made aware of all threats against him.
As the Secret Service says,
"the sheer number would be overwhelming and, frankly, distracting."
Combined with the recent shooting of Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, the spike in gun sales after the election, and many who have signed petitions for secession, the words “violent acts” and “insider threats” make more sense.
Some writers, such as Gordon Duff writing for Press TV, have gone as far as to claim that Obama’s memo may be a preemptive response to an Israeli assassination attempt or an effort by AIPAC-backed groups to overthrow the U.S. government. Whether or not real threats of violence are from domestic insiders or foreign infiltrators, they cannot sit well with any President regardless of party affiliation.
As usual, the truth probably lies somewhere in between.
The question then becomes,
In between what?
A simple silencing of whistleblowers or preventative measures against an assassination and/or overthrow of the U.S. government?
Neither one seems good for Americans right now.
