Operation Snoopgate : Saheb Under Siege ?
Pranlal Soni’s son Chintan Soni worked his entire life for a company called Schlumberger, an important key in the entire Snoopgate episode. Schlumberger is an oil giant and a very notoriously infamous Zionist outfit implicated even in the assassination attempt of former French President Charles de Gaulle and John F Kennedy among other things. This conglomerate kept tight control and contact through the intelligence and espionage arm, the Solidarists and the Orthodox Eastern Church.
*What necessitated the indulgence of ATS, CID and even the IB (Intelligence Bureau) when only the ATS or even state police could have kept surveillance very easily; provided ofcourse she was just an ordinary citizen?
*The girl knew she was being snooped on and used multiple phones. Even had the ability to dupe airport authorities and escape. Flew to Bangalore to reach Mumbai just to evade surveillance. Whats really going on, who is she really ?
*In the petition Pradeep Sharma mentions he stumbled upon some videos of ‘Saheb’ with this girl in compromising condition. Who could get in such close proximity of ‘Saheb’ and get such video recorded ? Definitely someone with strategic resources; not any ordinary citizen.
"Around this time, the Petitioner received an anonymous letter conveying that a video of sexual activity between Ms. Soni and one person, was available on an internet website, and the letter advised the Petitioner to desist from contacting Ms. Soni, as her character and actions were not befitting of her company with Gujarat State officials. The Petitioner did indeed come across such a video clipping and it now appears to the Petitioner that Shri Modi, who was monitoring the Petitioner’s cell phone calls, started believing that videos involving Ms. Soni perhaps included him i.e. Shri Modi."
*Saheb was in direct contact of the girl and knew her whereabouts from their talk which was passed on to Amit Shah who that utilized that information to run his surveillance operation. The girl was treated like VIP before the fallout. Even her petrol and mobile phone bills were paid by the Government Departments. So, what went wrong ?
"Documents accessed under the Right to Information Act reveal that in 2005, when all was well between her and Sahib, the woman was invited to attend the Gujarat government’s annual Winter Festival in Kutch, even though she had no role to play in its organisation. Item number 81 in the festival’s balance sheet lists payment of Rs 5,153 made to the woman towards mobile recharge and petrol expenses. The payment was made by cheque (6740282) on October 25, 2005. In the festival’s total bill of Rs 2.43 crore, nobody else was paid for mobile recharge.
A Gujarat Tourism Department official, who did not wish to be identified, said: “Though the amount she was paid is not big, but it is clear that an exception was made in her case. She was not involved in any project, but merely attended the inauguration.”
*Why this exception and most importantly what was the reason for the fallout ?
*Who is the guy mentioned in the tapes; at whose mention the entire surveillance gets even more water tight ?
*What was it so important that the girl should not meet him in Mumbai ?
*Is this the guy who is actually running the show ?
Whatever be the case, one thing becomes very clear that this was not just a mere snooping operation, there was something else brewing under it.
The Soni Family and whoever they maybe working with seem to have acquired crucial evidence against Saheb which the entire Saheb Gang seem so desperate to retrieve.
In the light of the above information the entire episode seems no less than an intelligence & counter-intelligence operation.
In the given scenario the most important question that arises is was Saheb Under Siege by an Intelligence outfit ?
The Soni Schlumberger Families
Pranlal Soni’s son Chintan Soni worked his entire life for a company called Schlumberger, an important key in the entire Snoopgate episode. Schlumberger is an oil giant and a very notoriously infamous Zionist outfit implicated even in the assassination attempt of former French President Charles de Gaulle and John F Kennedy among other things. This conglomerate kept tight control and contact through the intelligence and espionage arm, the Solidarists and the Orthodox Eastern Church.
J. Edgar Hoover was named first Director of the FBI in 1924, and he immediately organized the anti-communist Division Five for espionage and counter-espionage work which President Roosevelt made official in 1936. Actually, Division Five was in existence as the General Intelligence Division of the Justice Department since 1919. Hoover, an Assistant Attorney General and head of the GID, had used the Czarist Russians in tracing the Bolsheviks during the Red Scare and Palmer raids of that period.
1924 was the year the Communists finally took complete control of Russia after five years of resistance by the imperial Czarists. From 1918 to 1923, the leaders of the Czarists were leaving Russia with vast fortunes by the tens of thousands. One of those escaping Russians was John DeMenil, who fled to France, married into the Schlumberger family, moved to Caracas, Venezuela and then to Houston, Texas before World War II. He became the Chairman of the Board of Schlumberger Corporation, a world-wide oil well service company.
The forerunners of the Solidarists have been described by James Wechsler of the New York Post and other writers, before and during World War II, as the Ukrainian Fascists. The Solidarists expanded this group to include all East European exiles, including those of various religious denominations. Of course, these Russian exiles in all countries of the world were violently anti-communist and considered themselves as a government in exile with headquarters in Munich, Germany. One has only to glance at Czarist Russian history to learn that these people are the most proficient dealers in assassination the world has ever known.
French Princess Dominique Schlumberger and husband Jean De Menil (with the hidden hand)
Jean DeMenil, The Russian Czarist exile and President of Schlumberger, had used the company organization in 1960 and 1961 to smuggle the rifle grenades, land mines, missiles and other arms for Double-Chek to the forces invading Cuba.
DeMenil had these arms boxed and transported by Schlumberger with the company name and false labeling on the huge number of containers. Gordon Novel, a Double-Chek agent, Guy Bannister, David Ferrie, Sergio Arcacha Smith and others worked closely with Schlumberger in transporting these arms and ammunition.
Some of the others working for DeMenil on the arms smuggling were Layton Martens, a second generation Russian exile Solidarist agent, Alvin Beauboeuf, a Solidarist agent and William Dalzell, a New Orleans based geologist, Russian exile Solidarist and direct associate of Jean DeMenil. Jean DeMenil worked with the same group in New Orleans in planning the assassination using Dalzell as his liaison in New Orleans.
In Dallas, DeMenil had Paul Raigorodsky, a multi-millionaire geologist and Russian exile Solidarist director who oversaw the assignments of George Alexandrovitch Bouhe, Dimitri Roystar and Peter Paul Gregory. These people, like DeMenil, were popularly called White Russians. There were exiled from Russia after the Communist revolution but many were East Europeans whose countries became Communist controlled some twenty-five years after Russia.
This conglomerate kept tight control and contact through the intelligence and espionage arm, the Solidarists and the Orthodox Eastern Church.
Now interestingly Schlumberger is the company partnered with ONGC for ‘Fracking’ in India. Fracking is the deadliest toxic way of extracting methane from earth, so much so that within miles of the site if you open your household tap water and take a matchstick near it, it will burn instantaneously. There is worldwide protest to ban fracking. And interestingly Ecolibrium Energy here is set to rake in billions in the coming years with direct contract with the states energy providing the so called ‘sustainable’ ‘green’ alternative.
Smart Spy State
Harit Soni (Pranlal’s son) partner in Ecolibrium Energy worked for KPMG. KPMG is the official auditor of Anglo American Corp. and all the other major companies in South Africa. It’s founder Sir Gerrard Peat was the Auditor to the Queen’s Privy Purse. His son, Michael, the director of Finance and Property Services of Her Majesty’s Household. It’s as close to MI6 and the Queen as you can get.
Furthermore Harit was also awarded by the British Crown.
"Harit has been recognized by various forums for his innovations in the Indian Power sector. Most recently Harit was awarded the TR-35 award by MIT’s Technology Review Magazine. This coveted award is given to recognize outstanding innovators under the age of 35 for their continuing work in India across sectors that have the highest impact locally and globally, and are changing our world.
Harit is also a recipient of the Chevening Gurukul award and scholarship. This is awarded annually to 14 ‘Young Indian Leaders’ (young politicians, bureaucrats and entrepreneurs) selected by the British Government. Harit has been the youngest recipient of the award till date."
Another partner Reji Kumar was a senior consultant with World Bank and USAID. I reckon you already know about their activities with the recent USAID Cuban Twitter episode.
Pranlal Soni’s another son Chintan Soni worked for a decade for a company called Schlumberger. Schlumberger is an oil giant and a very notoriously infamous zionist outfit implicated even in the assassination attempt of former French President Charles de Gaulle and John F Kennedy among other things. Later after a decade Chintan joined 2 other companies Axalto and Gemalto both Schlumberger family companies. While working for Schlumberger he filed 2 patents :
*User File creation while the Smart card is deployed in the Field
*Registration for Pre-Paid SIM cards
In 2005 Pranlal Soni invites an Israeli company specializing in Voice Over IP (VOIP) in Gujarat. Later Chintan floats Ecolibrium Energy.
Ecolibrium Energy has been recently incubated by Centre of Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship (CIIE) at Indian Institute of Management-Ahmedabad (IIM-A) under Renewable Energy Search, an endeavour by CIIE and Union Ministry of New & Renewable Energy.
"Ecolibrium Energy is transforming the way the world uses energy. We help commercial, institutional and industrial organizations use energy more intelligently, pay less for it, and generate cash flow that benefits the bottom line. Our technology-enabled solutions help meet the needs of utilities/grid operators that deliver energy and are responsible for maintaining the real-time balance between supply and demand.
We are focusing on Energy Management Solution, Demand Response Programs for Distribution companies and renewable energy integration in the grid."
Power Grid Corporation of India Limited is in the process of connecting regional grids dependent on renewables in the country to establish a mega grid. Electrical integration has begun, but information and financial integration is left, said a Power Grid official. This move, he explained, is aimed at meeting the target of five per cent renewable energy production across India.
“Regional grids are more prone to outages because renewable sources are unreliable, whereas conventional energy is consistent,” he said.
Smart grid is one of the directives suggested under the government’s Restructured Accelerated Power Development and Reforms Programme. According to a Ministry of Power official, 60 per cent of the Rs 56,000 crore allotted for the programme will be spent on implementing the smart grid technology. The target is to bring down the transmission, distribution and commercial losses from the current 30 per cent to 15 per cent by 2015 through the smart grid plan, he said.
The power ministry official explained, “Blackouts will not happen if there is a smart grid. Nobody will come to check your meter reading. The bills will be read by discoms in their offices in real time.”
What the official seem to forget in his enthusiasm is that by putting the entire power supply backbone of the country on Smart Grid will render it easily vulnerable to the New Era of Warfare, a taste of which India has already experienced in what is called the largest power outage in history, occurring as two separate events on 30 and 31 July 2012.
"A government official, privy to NTRO’s analysis and speaking on condition of anonymity, told India Today that of the 10,000 infected Indian computers at the time, 15 were located at what are called ‘critical infrastructure’ facilities. These included the Gujarat and Haryana electricity boards and an ONGC offshore oil rig. While the flaw caused Stuxnet to reach these computers, thankfully, it did not activate itself on them. In other words, India was only a few flawed lines of code away from having its power and oil sectors crippled." - Mossad’s Miracle Weapon STUXNET wrecks havoc in India
The 2013 NSA spying scandal exposed vast programs to monitor personal communications. Now, utilities and governments are reaching into your own home, through fast-tracked “smart” meters and spy-ready technology. At stake is in-home surveillance, skyrocketing bills, emerging health risks and hacking vulnerabilities.
As if all this is not enough, “smart” meters – in combination of “smart” appliances also chronically transmitting low-level microwave radiation – are functionally designed to collect swaths of in-home private data on everyone. According to a US Congressional Research Service report,
"Police will have access to data that might be used to track residents’ daily lives and routines while in their homes, including their eating, sleeping, and showering habits, what appliances they use and when, and whether they prefer the television to the treadmill, among a host of other details."
But it gets worse. Utilities and public utilities commissions (such as California’s PUC) are actually encouraging the sale of this private data – everything you do in your own home – to 3rd-party corporate interests, for a profit.
"I support today’s decision because it adopts reasonable privacy and security rules and expands consumer and third-party access to electricity usage and pricing information. I hope this decision stimulates market interest in the data."
Guess I’ve heard the same argument before.
Now, coming back to our story, it was infact Ecolibrium Energy that installed their circuit and other installments in Gujarat Sachivalaya and many other sensitive places.
"Ecolibrium’s first big break came when it bagged the contract to implement a smartgrid project in Gujarat Sachivalaya in 2010.
According to the Gujarat government portal, Sachivalaya (the state secretariat) falls under the general administration department, which is under Modi’s direct control.
The project with the Gujarat government required Ecolibrium to commission a smart microgrid in Sachivalaya, the state government headquarters at Gandhinagar. “The building had solar panels that supplied power. We monitored power generation from the solar panels and also certain key locations in the structure that could be turned on and off based on certain grid conditions,” Harit had told BS, adding the profits earned from the project helped sustain their business for the next five months. Harit also acknowledged the role played by their sister. “It was the financial help from family and friends, especially our sister, that gave the business a stronger footing and made it self-sustaining.”
Was the ‘incriminating video’ of Saheb in ‘compromising condition’ mentioned in Pradeep Sharma’s petition a handy work of the Sclumberger Gang ?
Is it why the ATS, CID and even the IB (Intelligence Bureau) were snooping on the girl desperately to retrieve Saheb’s compromising video ?
For regular readers of GreatGameIndia this would be the most interesting information :
Schlumberger YUKOS APCO Worldwide link
Yukos Oil Company was a petroleum company in Russia which, until 2003, was controlled by Russian oligarch Mikhail Khodorkovsky and a number of other prominent Russian businessmen. After Yukos was bankrupted, Khodorkovsky was convicted of fraud and sent to prison.
Interestingly however, after Khodorkovsky was sent to jail and half the company’s shares were frozen by Russian authorities Yukos hired none other than Margery Kraus of APCO Worldwide to do the whitewashing job.
However, under a deal concluded prior to Mr. Khodorkovsky’s arrest control of Mikhail Khodorkovsky’s shares in the Russian oil giant Yukos were passed onto none other than Jacob Rothschild. (For those of you who don’t know Rothschild are the same Illuminati guys who Colonized India)
All of the above three companies have closely knit controlling structures; with directors, presidents, managers shuffling from one to the other protecting each others business interests.
In the light of the above information it becomes more interesting when the same group (and most of them ex Mossad intelligence officials) handles the entire election campaign to strategy of Saheb.
The most important question is, Was Saheb Under Siege by this group to keep him in check in case something goes awry ?
If so, shouldn’t such cases be investigated from an Intelligence perspective; and not just mere corruption, murder or snooping ?
The information that may have been compromised if any, could very well be a serious National Security issue as happened several times before.

India and the Grand Blueprint for CIA’s Resurrection
The following article was published in the March 2011 issue of The Week magazine, edited and with inputs from GreatGameIndia.
Copenhagen. December 7, 2009. United Nations Climate Change Conference. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Union Environment Minister Jairam Ramesh were hammering out India’s climate policy for the summit. Leader of the bloc of developing nations, India was not seeing eye-to-eye with the US. A worried White House quietly alerted CIA Director Leon E. Panetta to get cracking.
A former US Army intelligence officer and former chief of staff of president Bill Clinton, Panetta hustled top US scientists and spies to interpret all the intelligence gathered on India’s negotiating position and about individuals who were spearheading India’s climate change policy. Declassified CIA documents show that the agency had started gathering intelligence at least seven months before Copenhagen. Ahead of the summit, the CIA’s Office of the Chief Scientist ‘supported and funded’ an extensive study on “India -The impact of climate change to 2030: Geopolitical implications.”

The study suggested that the US pre-negotiate with India about the climate change issues and find a common ground outside the public and international eye. The CIA also shared its massive archives of classified environmental data with scientists. WikiLeaks confirmed America’s covert campaign to target India at Copenhagen.

But India’s growing clout has persuaded the CIA to turn the spyglass on New Delhi.

But India’s growing clout has persuaded the CIA to turn the spyglass on New Delhi.
The spooks in the CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia, are tracking virtually everything from Parliament proceedings to political parties to arms deals to internal security issues.
For example, WikiLeaks leaked the cables on the cash-for-votes issue in Tamil Nadu. The sources quoted in the cable were highly-placed – Karti Chidambaram, son of Union Home Minister P. Chidambaram, and M. Patturajan, former mayor of Madurai and right-hand man of Union Fertilisers Minister M.K. Alagiri.

A senior Indian intelligence officer who has been closely watching CIA-2015 confirmed the agency’s unprecedented interest in India. He said some of the CIA’s best men are secretly travelling through different states and are setting up networks to watch political developments and separatist movements. These networks will seek information about India’s nuclear arsenal and military modernisation. They will also keep their eyes peeled for terrorists who might prove dangerous to the US. Based on all this information, Langley will predict India’s strategy viz-a-viz Pakistan and China.

“The CIA is expanding its operations in India. The CIA is sending Indian-origin and south Asian-origin officers to India so that they can merge better,” said Jayadeva Ranade, former additional secretary, Research & Analysis Wing.
“The basic approach [of the CIA] will be to befriend senior bureaucrats, senior military officials, politicians to find what our intentions are and what we are planning to do.” An intelligence field operative with 35 years experience, Ranade also did a stint in Washington.

The home ministry confirmed that more than 3,500 Americans are illegally overstaying in India since 2006.
Neither the ministry nor the security agencies know their whereabouts. Home ministry spokesman, Onkar Kedia told THE WEEK that his office did not have details about how many illegal aliens from the US had been arrested and deported.
A senior serving intelligence officer said that the ‘missing Americans’ could be part of a ‘deep penetration itinerary’. “For example, an undercover CIA agent might be tasked to locate himself for a specific period somewhere near Mumbai or Kochi to collect some information about the movement of warships,” said the official. “Once the job is done, the agent is withdrawn.
There are instances of cooperation, too. In 1965, a covert CIA-Intelligence Bureau mission placed nuclear-powered sensors on Nanda Devi and Nanda Kot peaks to monitor China’s nuclear facilities. Captain M.S. Kohli of the Indian Navy was part of the team, thanks to his formidable mountaineering skills. He said he was never approached by the CIA after the joint mission.
Kohli said that even in the mid-sixties, the CIA was capable of deploying a team quickly and inconspicuously. “And they [CIA operatives] are unremarkable in their daily activities, such as walking to buy a newspaper in a drizzle” said Kohli. “They know their organisation is always around them with a support and rescue plan.”
But, of course, there are instances when the CIA could not protect its own. The Memorial Wall at Langley, flanked by the CIA flag and the US flag, has 102 stars in memory of slain operatives. The CIA’s Book of Honor, a ‘black book bound with Moroccan goatskin’, lists the years of death and names of the operatives. But 40 stars are unnamed. Even the dead keep their secrets.
As the Americans pay dearly for collecting classified information, they use it primarily to defend their interests. For example, within 48 hours of the 26/11 attacks, then CIA director Michael V. Hayden contacted Hussain Haqqani, the Pakistani ambassador to the US, to possibly update him regarding information from India. The next day Hayden summoned ISI chief Lt-General Ahmed Shuja Pasha for a briefing.
After these two meetings, Washington started arm-twisting New Delhi to share information with Islamabad. According to a cable leaked by WikiLeaks (185722: confidential), New Delhi refused to share information with Islamabad. Washington continued arm-twisting and soon the US embassy in Delhi cabled Washington that India had agreed to share ‘some restricted information’ with Pakistan. THE CIA fixed a meeting between top intelligence officials of India and Pakistan on 26/11 in the US on July 6, 2009. It is not known for certain if the meeting was held.
India, U.S. faced off on sharing 26/11 information with Pakistan
However, from our research we already know many of the terrorists were fair skinned, white foreigners but no such information was given by CIA to Indian Intelligence even long after 26/11 nor any mention of the role of diamonds in various terrorist attacks in India including 26/11 which is confirmed very recently by by a Paris-based Financial Action Task Force (FATF) in their published report titled Money laundering and Terrorist financing through trade in Diamonds

From one of our research article on 26/11 What really happened at Nariman House of Confusion
WHAT DID THEY LOOK LIKE ?
From the Guardian of UK
“One police officer who encountered the gunmen as they entered the Jewish centre told the Guardian the attackers were “white””
“I went into the building late last night,” he said. “I got a shock because they were white. I was expecting them to look like us. They fired three shots. I fired 10 back.”
Indian commandos storm Mumbai hotels
Now, Indians know fair skinned Indians and Pakistanis. They meet them every day, especially in Mumbai, where all the upper class Indians congregate. Indians know foreigners and they call Americans and Europeans “foreigners” or “white”. It is easy for an Indian to tell the difference between a fair skinned Indian or Pakistani and a “foreigner”
Other eyewitnesses at other locations also describe the terrorists as “foreign” or fair skinned.
From the BBC
Then, the “foreign looking, fair skinned” men, as Mr Mishra remembers them, simply carried on killing.
“They did not look Indian, they looked foreign. One of them, I thought, had blonde hair. The other had a punkish hairstyle. They were neatly dressed,” says Mr Amir.
Mumbai attackers create ‘killing zone’
One of them was even blonde.
The CIA has also been snooping about India’s nuclear and military facilities. India regularly figures in the CIA’s annual report on ballistic missile threats. The CIA had detected a shipment of beryllium bound for India from West Germany. As beryllium shells are used to house plutonium cores of thermonuclear devices, it was quite clear as to what India was up to.
Chief of the Army Staff General V.K. Singh told THE WEEK that adequate safety measures were taken in light of the increased activity of the western intelligence agencies. A senior Army officer said that retired officers who work for foreign defence and security companies were being closely watched as part of a counter-intelligence programme.
But the focus of the CIA is not limited to nuclear and military assets. Two chromite mines in Orissa and Karnataka and a pharmaceutical factory in Gujarat were listed among critical global infrastructure sites whose loss could ‘critically impact’ the public health or security of the US. The factory manufactures chemotherapy drugs for a US firm; the list was compiled by the US State Department. Surprisingly, India’s output is only 18 per cent of the world’s annual chromite production.
The CIA has also dedicated resources in India to gather and analyse data that is freely available, like research articles, religious books and web sites. As part of this programme, the CIA allegedly commissioned a 20-state survey on Indian Muslims. Reportedly, US-based Princeton Survey Research Associates International were the main contractors. Allegedly, they sub-contracted it to TNS, a Delhi-based market research agency.
In Kerala’s capital of Thiruvananthapuram, TNS staff visited Karimadom colony, a predominantly Muslim area. The questionnaire was bizarre: Do you consider yourselves Indians first or Muslims first? Your views on imposing Islamic law in India? Do you like Osama bin Laden? Will you give him refuge if he comes to Kerala? Police nabbed four TNS staff after Karimadom residents complained.
The Kerala Muslim Jamaat Council (KMJC), the apex body of mahallu (parish) committees in southern Kerala, took strong exception to the survey. KMJC general secretary A. Pookunj said: “Many people speak of a growing radicalisation among Kerala Muslims. But how can a foreign agency come and ask us whether we will give shelter to Osama? What do we have to do with Osama? I wonder why the state has not taken any action against them [surveyors].” TNS representative Pradeep Saxena declined to comment on the issue as it is sub judice.
Lisa Curtis, a former CIA analyst and diplomat, said that while the US shares a strategic partnership with India, the CIA’s covert operations in India have fuelled unease and mistrust within Indian intelligence agencies. Said Curtis: “The defection of a senior Indian intelligence official to the US in 2004 and revelations of unauthorised meetings between a senior Indian intelligence official and an American intelligence official in New Delhi in 1997 have raised red flags in India. [There is] concern that the US will exploit these links for its own purposes.” Curtis was referring to the defection of Rabinder Singh, joint director of RAW.

In early 1980s, K.V. Unnikrishnan, a 1962 batch IPS officer, who was posted at R&AW station in Colombo was honeytrapped by CIA. Between 1985–87 when he was deputed as the station chief at Chennai, co-ordinating Sri Lanka operations, he gave away information to his handler on training and arming Tamil groups including LTTE and the Indian government’s negotiating positions on the peace accord with Sri Lanka. He was caught by IB counter-intelligence in 1987, spent a year in Tihar jail and was dismissed from IPS cadre.
Unnikrishnan’s betrayal was well before Rajiv Gandhi assassination in 1991. He was led into a honey trap when he was posted in Colombo in the early 1980s. But his handlers, in typical intelligence operations protocol, waited until he was important for them. They then revived contact when he was put in charge of LTTE operations in Chennai in 1985-86.
The bare essentials of this honey-pot episode was provided in our research article Sex for Secrets : RAW Agent Honey-trapped by CIA before Rajiv Gandhi Assassination.
For all the bonhomie between agencies, mention the name Omar Sheikh and everyone clams up and you will be shown the door. On January 22, 2002, two motorcycle-borne terrorists attacked the American Centre in Kolkata, a favourite base of the CIA. The attack was masterminded by Omar Sheikh, a UK-born militant of Pakistani descent, who had links to al Qaeda. He was one of the militants released in 1999 to save the lives of the passengers on board the hijacked IC-814 flight.
But no one really knows who Omar Sheikh is. And those in the know will not speak. An FIR, No 658/94, at Connaught Place police station is still open and he is now is prison in Pakistan. In his memoirs, former Pakistan president Pervez Musharraf called him an MI6 agent. Many in Afghanistan believe Omar was a CIA agent.
A tribal leader in Kandahar told THE WEEK that Omar visited Kandahar and Paktia provinces in mid-1990s where Kashmiris, Afghans and Arabs were trained together by the ISI. “We always believed that he is close to the CIA,” said the tribal leader. The CIA and the FBI nabbed Fahim Ansari, another suspect in the Kolkata attack, from Dubai. Ansari was eventually handed over to India, but the agency stills remains mum on Omar.
Every relationship has its ups and downs. If India has benefited from its partnership with the CIA (or have we), what are we complaining about? M.K. Dhar, former joint director, Intelligence Bureau, puts it crisply: “The CIA has legitimate interests in India. But our problem with the CIA has been that it has targeted the sensitive segments of Indian panorama.”
He recalled how the CIA had developed a mole inside Prime Minister P.V. Narasimha Rao’s office in 1993.

“The plot was exposed when we noticed a peon from the PMO frequently visiting a photostat shop in Khan Market in Delhi. He was smuggling files from the PMO.” The peon was arrested and his American handler was asked to leave the country. The court closed the case last year.
Many within India’s intelligence establishment say that the deteriorating situation in Afghanistan and Pakistan has prompted the CIA to look closely at India. In 2010, a suicide bomber killed eight CIA officers in Khost, eastern Afghanistan. The worsening situation is making it difficult for the agency to freely move around and meet its agents in Pakistan and Afghanistan. So, New Delhi could be the new debriefing centre.
Robert Grenier insists that the CIA’s covert operations are subject to layers of oversight. He said that before an agency paramilitary team can be launched, the President must sign an intelligence finding that broadly outlines the operation to be performed. “That finding, along with a more detailed description of the mission, is sent to the congressional intelligence committees. If they object to an operation, they can cut off its funds the next time the agency’s budget comes up,” said Robert Grenier. After approving a covert operation, President Obama leaves the details of when and how to Leon Panetta. After all, according to the US Constitution, he is the real boss of the agency. In theory, the CIA Director’s mission is to tell the president the truth, so as to provide the president with a basis for making important decisions.
Leon Panetta, amiable and widely respected within the Obama administration, who choose India as his first foreign destination after he took over as the director of the CIA in 2009, knows that India is a strategic ally, a relationship President Obama cherishes. That makes his job more challenging to confirm his country’s hopes and fears about an emerging and in many ways an unpredictable power like India. “In the spying business you don’t operative just to harm other. You want to confirm and establishment things to help your political establishment to make better decisions,” explain Jayadeva Ranade, as he ran his hand across his hair. “But one thing is clear if the President tells the CIA to take care of a mission or of a country. They wouldn’t care less about the consequences.

India had been sucked into the spiral of this Cultural Cold War since a long time. However with the US economy already bust and the EU falling like dominos; it is again the East where the West would anchor it’s sinking ship of so called Exceptionalismthat fuels the Western Civilization. The game on the Indian side is very well crafted and carried out through CIA’s Trojan Horse which has entered into the heart of Indian Politics – Delhi.(March 27 2011, THE WEEK)

India’s Political and Economic Elites: Swiss Banks, Harvard And Mars, In India Everything Is Okay
Pockets of Consumerism amidst Abysmal Poverty
By Colin Todhunter
Global Research, November 07, 2013
Fly me to the Moon… or Mars. It doesn’t really matter as long as the Indian political and economic elites and sections of the cheer-leading middle classes quench their insatiable patriotic thirst for delusional superpower status. Noises coming from those involved in ‘Mission Mars’ state that sending a probe to Mars (ahead of China) will only boost national morale (1).
How will sending a probe to the red planet make ‘the nation’ feel better? How will spending so much money on such a project make the vast majority of people struggling with rising costs and poor infrastructure feel good? Because the media and certain opinion leaders say it should? Because India will be sitting at the same superpower table as the US – again, because the media and the rich imply it will.
Let’s forget about all of India’s problems and focus on the ‘good points’, the rich are fond of telling all of the critics. Formula 1, Forbes rich-listers, nuclear weaponry and space: what more could a country desire they state, as its leaders cede food sovereignty to multinational corporations by handing over nature’s seeds to Big Agra, sell its public sector infrastructure to private concerns, kill and abuse some of its poorest people to drive hundreds of thousands of them from their lands and leave a legacy for future generations of a chopped down, sold off, wasted, poisoned environment?

Let’s forget about all of India’s problems and focus on the ‘good points’, the rich are fond of telling all of the critics. Formula 1, Forbes rich-listers, nuclear weaponry and space: what more could a country desire they state, as its leaders cede food sovereignty to multinational corporations by handing over nature’s seeds to Big Agra, sell its public sector infrastructure to private concerns, kill and abuse some of its poorest people to drive hundreds of thousands of them from their lands and leave a legacy for future generations of a chopped down, sold off, wasted, poisoned environment?
Like the mind-numbing dross pumped out of Bollywood, the ‘good points’ merely serve to sleep walk the masses into believing in the great Indian dream. And, as with the US version, you have to be asleep to believe it. Part of that dream is an existing prosperous India with its burgeoning middle class, a thriving India with its recent record of high GDP growth and a powerful India straddling the world stage with its new found propensity for self delusion.
But the reality is an India of broken roads and other crumbling infrastructure made from skimped-on materials and dodgy parts courtesy of backhanders and siphoned off cash, an India that harbours its dirty little secret of mass killing of the girl child in (and out of) the womb, an India of media-friendly candlelit marches protesting crimes against the middle classes, but which has little to say about the daily atrocities that constitute a terrible normality for the majority.
Scam after scam, illegal capital flight after illegal capital flight into Swiss banks. The ‘nation-builders’ who like us all to concentrate on the ‘good points’ and who talk much about boosting national morale with some or other project, while conspiring to stab the people in the back by robbing them of a decent healthcare system, education system, welfare state and infrastructure (2). Yes, India, a country that could have been a shining example of social development, was sacrificed on the altar of greed and corruption for bulging Swiss accounts, for the private pockets of many of the country’s public ‘servants’, ‘wealth creators’ and the multinational vultures who long ago stopped circling and are now swooping (3).
The nation’s politicians and rich are often castigated for their criminality. But their actions stem in part from an ‘Indian mindset’ that is all too common. It’s a mindset nurtured on self-aggrandisement, casteism, bribery, patronage, patriarchy, envy and cheating, traits that are pervasive throughout all social strata. And so when discredited politicians end up within touching distance of being elected PM due to very smart PR work (4) and a mass support base, should we be too surprised that India is in the state it is?
Throw garbage into the street, drive directly at pedestrians with horn blurting to intimidate them out of the way, demand money from local businesses if you are a police official who is that way inclined, watch the latest Bollywood dross, run out and buy some useless product because Kareena, Priyanka or another icon of deception says ‘because you’re worth it’… but never ever let this narcissism, this beggar thy neighbour attitude, this ubiquitous mindset, give way to contemplate why the rivers and soils have been poisoned and people are being been made ill (5), agriculture is being hijacked by the likes of Monsanto, land is being grabbed on behalf of any number of corporations, the great nuclear power money fest is in full swing or why people are violently opposing state-corporate power. Much of this is the result of deals hammered out behind closed doors (6,7). Much of it results because too many are conditioned to be ignorant of the facts or to accept that all of the above is necessary.
Bow down to Krishna, Sachin Tendulkar or GDP growth figures? Take your pick, but the outcome is the same. This is a country where the majority sanctify certain animals, places, rivers and mountains for being representations of god or for being somehow touched by the hand of god. It’s also a country run by Wall Street sanctioned politicians who convince people to accept or be oblivious to the destruction of the same. The paradox of India, the extremities of India… the glib clichés abound in the literature and brochures on India. As the tourism department says: Incredible India!
And as the herd, the herd conditioned to be bewildered, to loosely paraphrase US commentator Walter Lipman, buys into the rat race imported wholesale from the West and is manipulated by corporate-backed, product-touting celebrities and media, is there any hope for India?
The same question could also be asked of the US or Europe because similar forces are at work and play on insecurities and weaknesses of people and societies. The damning critique set out here is not reserved for India alone (8,9).
But there is some hope. Many are working strenuously to challenge the selling of the heart and soul of India, Europe or elsewhere (10,11).
Yet how easy will it be for them to be swept aside by the corrosive impacts of a rapacious capitalism and its hugely powerful corporations that colonise almost every area of social, cultural and life and encourage greed, selfishness, apathy, irretrievable materialism and acquisitive individualism, as well as the ignorance of reality ‘out there’ – what lies beyond the narrow concerns of spend and buy middle class India?
India was always ripe for Western capitalism’s taking. Consumerism’s conspicuous purchasing draws on and manipulates the pre-existing tendency to buy favour, the perceived self importance deriving from caste, the sense of entitlement due to patronage, the desire nurtured over the centuries to lord it over and seek tributes from whoever happens to be on the next rung down in the pecking order. Lavish, conspicuous displays of status to reinforce difference and hierarchy have always been important for cementing social status. Now icons of capitalism, whether renowned brand products, labels or product endorsing celebrities, have also taken their place in the pantheon of Indian deities to be listen to, worshiped and acquiesced to.
And the corporations behind it all achieve hegemony by altering mindsets via advertising, clever PR or by sponsoring (or hijacking) major events, by funding and slanting research findings and research institutions in their favour, by infiltrating officialdom and achieving lop-sided trade agreements and by doling out loans and patronage in turn for the structural adjustment of agriculture, retail, food production, the privatisation of sector utilities. They do it by many methods and means.
Before you realise it, culture, politics and the economy have become colonised by powerful private interests and the world is cast in their image. The prevailing economic system soon becomes cloaked with an aura of matter of factuality, an air of naturalness, which is never to be viewed for the controlling hegemonic culture or power play that it really is.

In the meantime, over 250,000 (and rising) farmers have committed suicide, the bulk of the population are struggling to escape from or stay out of poverty, money is being siphoned off hand over fist via scam after scam, filth-ridden towns and cities become more filth-ridden by the day and the female to male ratio indicates an alarming imbalance (12). Seeds, mountains, water, forests and the biodiversity are being sold off. The farmers and tribals are being sold out. And the more that gets sold off, the more who get sold out, the greater the amount of cash that changes hands, the easier it is for the misinformed to swallow the lie of Wall Street’s bogus notion of ‘growth’ – GDP. And India suddenly becomes capitalism’s poster boy ‘economic miracle’. A miracle blighted by dying or uprooted local communities and economies that do not have to die or be uprooted (13).
This isn’t so much a ‘wounded civilisation’ as VS Naipal once noted, but one suffering from internal haemorrhaging as it continues to be bled dry from both within and without. But all is fine as long as the cash continues to be stashed away, the kids can be sent to Harvard and it’s a case of touchdown Mars.

Who Killed Mahatma Gandhi ? Mystery behind the Assassination

GreatGameIndia / April 15, 2014
After the assassination of Gandhiji, Jawaharlal Nehru said in Parliament: “And today the fact that this mighty person whom we honored and loved beyond measure, had gone because we could not give adequate protection is a shame for all of us…”
This is what We discuss today. It is no less shame as then felt by Jawaharlal Nehru than today we should feel. With latest cutting edge technologies, forensic evidences, hundreds eyewitness accounts, years of police surveillance of radicals, accessibility to hundreds of police records; still we cannot conclude who killed him correctly or why they killed him. For last 64 years we discussed many times on many death occasions how great he was or how ideal he was. But today we talk on killing Gandhiji twice. Once with bullets. Next all of us participating for least 65 years in killing the greatest ideologies he fought for. He advocated Gram Swaraj, we centralized entire power, he wanted to empower village youth, we moved towards rapid urbanization, he wanted to ban videshi and develop domestic technologies and innovation, today we say with out foreign technology there is no development, he advocated domestic economic progress, political freedom and participation of every community across India in decision making process, today we say with out FDI nothing can be achieved and are ready to bulldoze political and social freedom of every class before the benefit of FDI countries.
Let us talk today also about the first killing of Gandhi. The physical assassination of Gandhiji 64 years before.
All knew Nathuram Godse killed him. But the important aspect in any action whether criminal or civil crime is; 4 share responsibility – kartha, karayita, preraka, anumodaka. All should be punished. But in this case a couple of karthas also were allowed to get free and no information is available on them. Leave alone other three factors. British rulers never wanted the law enforcement agencies to go beyond ‘karthas’. That served their purpose as they were the prime criminals, overseeing criminal enterprise (East India Company) ruling India and plundering and killing Indians. So even if they are defeated they have a way out – legally. They didn’t want any Indian king or kingdom or later governments sue British for the treasure they took from India, for the crimes they perpetuated in India including massacres in Kanpur or Jalianwalabag. Even today British queen refuses to apologize for the above crimes as she claims the karthas are different. They created an elaborate legal system that punishes only doers or karthas who are very low level operatives. As we never changed the British criminal justice system even since we got freedom, till today only karthas/doers goes to jail not the planner of any frauds or criminal offenses in India.
A Sikh priest reciting the scripts from the Gurugranth Saheb, while the body of Mahatma Gandhi, lies in state, covered with a Khadar sheet
After USA also got Independence from Britain they immediately changed the stupid British law stating that all four should be punished.
Let us come back to the original Jawaharlal question. From whom the protection was needed to Gandhiji ?
Hindu Radicals, Islamic Radicals, Common Indians, British Government that first time tasted defeat in last 100 years or so in a largest battle where no single bullet was fired; or a combination of one or all of the above ? According to what we know every body loved him then and even now.
Crowd at Funeral Procession of Mahatma Gandhi
Before Jan 20 1948
Having known personally Dr.Jagdish Chandra Jain, the Chief Prosecution Witness in the Gandhi murder trial I think I can say that the assassination was a well conceived conspiracy. One has only to read Dr. Jain’s book in Hindi ‘Main Bapu Ko Na Bacha Saka’ and ‘I could not save Bapu’ in English to understand the entire course of the conspiracy.
There is the fervent testimony of Prof. J.C. Jain, chief prosecution witness in the Gandhi Murder Trial, which leaves no doubt that, having got a hint of the impending plan to murder Gandhiji from Madanlal, he (Jain) had apprised the then Bombay Government about the plan.
The then Home Minister Morarji Desai promptly informed the central government about the devious plan.
This is before that Madanlal had been involved in the bomb explosion at Gandhiji’s prayer meeting on January, 20,1948 which in any case, should have made the Government aware of the utter seriousness of the information given by Dr. Jain.
What did the Government do on the information so received ? Did it act in time to avert further danger ?
It says it did. The Government’s defense was that whatever information they got from Dr. Jain before January 21, 1948. was conveyed to the authorities in Delhi. And what did the Delhi police do ?
The Delhi magistracy and the Home Secretarial remained ignorant of the statement (as head of the Delhi Police never kept them informed) till the world was staggered by the ‘Hay Ram’ shot on the 30th evening.”
The then current head of Delhi Police was appointed just months before assassination as the serving head in long leave with fever.

Bomb explosion (premature) in Birla House at a prayer meeting (similar to that of Jan 31)
As mentioned and as planned Madanlal carried his assassination attempt on Bapu on Jan 20 1948 but it failed. Police caught 6 more along with him with bombs guns knives. He was arrested. Nathuram was one among them. Within a day the whole plot of killing Gandhi came to light.
On Jan 22 Delhi police left Madanlal and all others on the pretext that they cannot prove the owner ship of the weapons confiscated from Madanlal or his aides.
Can it happen in India today ? If any one is caught with a weapon on murder charges and taken into custody but left as the weapons could not be tied up to them ?
The slackness of the police becomes all the more inexplicable when one considers the aftermath of the bomb explosion. It is very important to note that Madanlal made a confession overnight to the Delhi Police in which he gave the full details of the conspiracy – names, plotters, financiers, backers. More important still is the fact that the Delhi Police claims to have sent Madanlal’s statement to the Bombay Police by the evening of January 21.
In his memoirs published in the book “The Civil Servant in India” Mr R.N. Banerjee, then Secretary for Home Affairs in the Union Government, has made a reference to this incident. He says: “Both Godse and Apte could have been found and nabbed in one of their two Bombay haunts on the 23rd.
Unfortunately, nobody took any action on this confession statement of Madanlal, and the Delhi Police did not even remind the Bombay police.
The ashes of Mahatma Gandhi being carried through the streets of Allahabad before being consigned to the River Ganga
Heres one important thing that we have to remember. We just got Independence in August just six months before. The country witnessed worst massacres, rapes, plunder of property in centuries. Our political leadership requested Mountbatten to take over military and police services to bring normalcy to the country. So the police intelligence was still in the hands of British.
If there was no co-ordination it was deliberate. If there was mis-communication it was conspiratorial. If even Delhi Home Secretary and home minister were not informed it means British developed radical assassination squads -consistent to their foreign policy- in India in all radical elements be it Muslim or Hindu and used them for a purpose. It was unfortunate that it was done under protection of religion either Islam or Hinduism. So without the highest levels of Mountbatten administration knowing or deliberately blocking the information; it cannot happen. British have every reason to fear that an alive Gandhi can foil their partition plans even post independence. And British were defeated first time in centuries with out a single bullet fired.
Now Godse and Apte are hanged. But what happened to Madanlal ? No body knows ? Why ? Don’t we need to know ?
Vast crowds follow the body of Mahatma Gandhi, as it passes slowly along the funeral route to the immersion ceremony in New Delhi
This means there are two teams that went to kill him; one on 23 Jan failed then on 31 Jan that went successful.
How many attempts were made on Gandhiji ? Precisely 6 attempts. Still we pretend that someone suddenly was angry for a mere Rs 51 crores given to Pakistan after Independence.
This logic does not even stand because who ever killed Gandhiji should be first angry with British for their mass murders and killings. Like Udham Singh went to kill General Dyer as a revenge for Jalianwalabag. He did not kill the president of Punjabi congress party. Their anger should be on every British who ruled us who took thousands of crores out of India in the name of trade read loot. Their anger should be directed towards Mountbatten who divided the country in to two between cousins causing more than 60 years of misunderstandings and internecine fratricidal infight. But their anger went only against Gandhiji for just a mere Rs 51 crores giving to our cousins, that too on the basis of a forged home ministry letter.
There are few more questions on the aftermath.
The FIR was written in Urdu script and Persian language. One of the witness of Gandhi murder scenario walked to the police station and gave a statement that Gandhiji was killed by Revolver shots – precisely 3 shots. Now immediately after death of Gandhiji there was lot of commotion. No doctors were there no postmortem done ? How can a civilian in the crowd not close to Gandhiji give testimony that 3 bullets were fired that too from revolver ? And Delhi police recorded that as FIR ?
The police sent him back to Birla House and prepared the FIR in Persian and Urdu script and came to Birla House and rather than themselves finding what happened spent next few hours finding the complainant and than read the statement to the complainant and asked him if it was true. The complainant said it was true and police got him sign the FIR.
So way before police investigation, way before forensic evidence gathered way before the culprits nabbed or accepted the crime; the FIR concluded that 3 bullets were fired from revolver.
But the funny thing was the murder weapon submitted to the court was an Italian Bereta – a 0.9 MM pistol. And funnily not one pistol but three pistols were produced but none matched with the wounds on the body.
So the question is the murder weapon – is it a pistol or revolver ?
If it was both then there was a second killer. Who was he (or even she) ?
Because Madanlal failed on the previous occasion, whoever planned Gandhiji’s killing had a back-up to swing in to action who used a different weapon than Godse. Is this the reason why the postmortem report was kept out of reach of Indian people ?
The same FIR was translated in 1999 or so by Kiran Bedi. Now what happened to Postmortem or panchanama report based on which the death was concluded. No where to be found for last 64 years ?
It is stranger than fiction. This report was reported missing. Not even a single copy was available.
2009 Postmortem Report
Only after RTI was passed a senior IAS officer Mr. Subramanyam requested the postmortem report in 2009 under RTI. Government never bothered to give the same for 3 years. Only when PM was threatened with a fine of Rs 26000 the copy of the report was sent to him in 2009 March during elections.

2011 Who Killed Gandhi ?
“Who Killed Gandhi?” by Lourenco de Salvador is a Goanese by birth and has settled in Portugal. He is a life-long follower of Gandhiji. The book was printed privately and has been reviewed in a recent issue of the Times Literary Supplement. The book is banned and is unlikely that the book will find entry in India.
Only 10% of the actual evidence and facts gathered in the case of assassination made to the courts and less than 10% of what went to courts were made public. Rest if comes out “there were certain aspects of the trial of Godse which de Salvador thinks partook of the nature of a cover-up exercise” indicating compliance at highest levels. When home secretary and home minister do not know what is happening, then the highest levels here means the British officers and Mountbatten and their henchmen who they used as pawns in the game.
At least after 64 years let us not kill the last ideal of Gandhiji – The very Swarajya the Independence he fought with out firing a single bullet. We are now full speed to sell that under FDI to any foreign country with money. Our industrialists want to create thousands of jobs in west so that their economies can come out of economic crisis and can come back to loot us our hard earned Swarajya. If we rededicate today for this last ideal of Gandhiji at least we would move a step forward in the direction of removing our shame, and paying true homage to our father of Nation.
